They were out of most the things I wanted( it was only 6 pm), I asked to add a nacho fry at the window and they informed me they couldn't do that and I needed to drive thru again. I've never been told that anywhere, especially other taco Bell's. I can say the Food was not bad. The service however was awful, especially the supervisor on shift. He was rude and unhelpful.
I just had a mobile order for $31 and I’m missing 2 supreme tacos ?. I know you were very busy tonight with very large orders. I’ve tried calling on numerous occasions and a message says the number you are calling is busy. I would like my tacos please I just don’t feel like coming all the way back tonight. I will continue to try calling tonight to let the manager know. Thanks.Update: I called today and spoke with KAYLA she was amazing and made it right. She went above and beyond and apologized for the inconvenience. I told her I understood as I saw how busy they were with the large orders last night. Thank you Kayla and the rest of the team!
They wouldn't fix my order. Then I asked for corporate number, he refused. Then they wouldn't answer and said goodbye. I went to the window and they refused to open it. After I beat on the door, they didn't fix my sons food. I paid her 10.00. She wouldn't tell me how much, I asked for my change and she said there wasn't any. Then refused a receipt because of the survey I'm assuming. I knocked on the door again and they hid. I believe they didnt ring it up and stole the money. I'm a regular customer and I'll be in there in the morning. Horrible people, theifs.
At drive thru for about 10 minutes finally got to the voice box to place my order when I was told they are not taking anymore orders outside you have to come in. I did I asked the staff why they were not taking any orders from outside she looked at me and said nothing I repeated myself and still no answer. I had asked for the manager and she was just rude I had asked for her because there was a car behind me that got waited on. I just left and will not go back to any of them. It's a shame people are so rude
Ordered through the drive-thru because the online ordering system wouldn't let us be great. We had 5 unique orders and they got everything right. The lady at the drive-thru was amazing, kind, patient, and courteous. That's what customer service is all about!!❤️
Went through drive through not busy at all. Ordered 6 tacos got home and there was only 3 and paid for the 6. You have one job to do. Really? Imagine if you were busy? The staff can’t even be bothered sounding friendly either. Miserable!
Dirty and poor service. GM tried to argue with me about her making my food and when I brought it in to show she clearly missed something she put her finger in my food and still argued. You would think the simple solution would be to say “I apologize, I thought I did let me go make that for you” No.

This is a horrible taco bell. I usually don’t have a problem with any of the taco bell locations but this location is awful. I ordered a soft taco. When i opened the bag i saw that it wasn’t even wrapped up. It was also cold like it had been left out and just thrown in the bag when someone wanted to order it. Cheese wasn’t melted or anything also cold:(
I got what I ordered. That's about it. The food was about what'd you expect from Taco Bell. I have to give kudos to the guy who asked if the heat was on in my vehicle. I didn't realize it because, but he was extremely nice. If I remember correctly, he had a nose ring or piercing (I don't know the differences) in one nose. I didn't realize it, but it was pretty warm in the car. So warm that he felt the warmth when I rolled down the window. Thanks, Taco Bell Employee with nose piercing.
