First time in this location but I know because of the way I was treated I will make sure I will be back over and over again.
I walked out before ordering because the older gentleman working made dirty looks at me when I told him I needed to order more than one sandwich. I said “I can leave if it is too much of a bother” to which he said “it’s lunch time we are busy”. There was one couple behind me. And I waited 10 minutes for them to make two sandwiches for the group in front of me. Poorly run, trained and just generally inadequate staff. Subway is not that great to begin with. If you really want it though, avoid this location.
Extremely rude they gave me stale food worst location ever to go to. Dont go here there are other subway in the area.
Poor experience say the employee pushing out two customers and locking all the doors in the restaurant when it should of been still open till nine but the guy wouldn't come even to the door to tell me there closed or anything worst service ever there always under staffed as well
Decided to stop at this subway on the way home to get 2 subs; the meatballs were barely warm and it tasted like it had been either sitting all day or was used from the day before. The other sub was a spicy Italian and the bread was not fresh. After 15 minutes of being home I became sick, the facility was disgusting and not clean.
I have not been there for some time, I had a recent need and they were close by so I decided to give them a try, that was clearly a mistake. The staff has been changed, there does not appear to be any sense of structure (who does what, etc.). The material was certainly not the level of quality that SUBWAY tries to dictate. I placed my order via the Subway app so there was no confusion. The order was very poorly put together, little to no evidence that the "special instructions" section was ignored. The volume of vegetables was poor, the veggies appeared to be chopped which Subway stopped doing. I am confident that any future need will ignore they are there. I strongly recommend you consider finding another solution.
I have tried on several occasions to give this location the benefit of the doubt, we are in a time frame where businesses are short staffed, etc. I; however, will never return. The wait is ridiculous, staff appears to not care if your are there are not, definitely short staffed, etc. Do not waste your time....visit somewhere that cares about your business. I would give a zero if it were available.
It seems to me that each time I visit this restaurant the owner or at least he acts as if the owner is crabby. Not very welcoming or friendly. I always feel like I’m intruding. I don’t think I’ll be back to this Subway.
Food was good.. but cust service was pushy
The service was absolutely terrible. The young lady named Akla doesn’t even acknowledge when when you walk in. She took forever on just one sandwich before we were even attended to. We ordered online & our food still wasn’t ready. She was even asking what what ingredients we wanted on the sub.. whats the point & supposed convenience of ordering online? Plus she has her AirPods in her ear. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Last time I was here the manager was being terribly rude to an employee in front of all the customers. I’d rather drive to a further Subway than to come here again.
