The worst chicken sandwich and really bad attitude by te server on Saturday around,,,5 pmNever again never again, Publix has better sandwiches for the same price , across the streetAnd nicer people , I live very close on the River.

Didn’t have the items I ordered online and didn’t call me to tell me they were out, got to the store and they wouldn’t give me a refund because they couldn’t open the cash drawer because no managers were there. Called back in the morning to get a refund and no one answered any of my calls and now when I call it rings busy and hangs up. Don’t go here the staff isn’t trained well

Husband orders 2 subs okay get home and where one was to be Turkey and Swiss was Ham and Swiss. Really some can't eat pork really. So sad

The team is always fast, even when I order to go on the app! Yesterday they were out of tuna and vegetables which was very disappointing, but they were so friendly and took care of me regardless of their supply issues! Best subway in town!

Not bad...not good!As get used to ,Subway, still as a good place; but this time they were running out of tomatoes...lettuce and green peppers .....those look weary ..not enough sides....white bread...as always....good.?

Don’t go here.. I placed an order online and then get to the store to be told they don’t have bread. Yet, they knew this when order was placed but couldn’t give a call to let me know they didn’t have bread.. then I was told that don’t give refunds because they don’t have credentials for it. Why? Staff said manager works day time until 3pm. So what happens when things like this happen? I will never waste my time here again.. I am still waiting for my refund. This place deserves a 0.

I watched one of the workers (who I later found out was the manager) make multiple sandwiches before mine. He touched raw bacon, then made a tuna sandwich, then proceeded to ring a customer up all with the same gloves on!!! Then he talked the whole time about how many hours he had and who they got rid of as if anyone in line cared. I just so happen to keep looking behind the counter and noticed everything was dirty and looked disgusting. When I come at night around 9pm two girls (a bigger one, and a smaller one. Both African American) have the BEST attitudes and have this place spotless!!!! If I don’t see them I turn around at the door!

Horrible service. The two girls were extremely slow, made delivery orders while 10 of us were in line and didn't bother to announce the only bread they had was wheat. Management need to train their staff. Should never take 40 minutes to get a sandwich with only 2 people ahead of you in line

Literally the nicest employees I've ever met. The one gentleman, I think his name was Chris (?), seemed like he really enjoyed his job and interacting with customers. He managed to make the mundane task of making sandwiches fun and entertaining. Definitely the best subway we've ever been to! Also, how beautiful is this sandwich!?

Horrible! Don't go. Awful staff. Corey is the GM and Luis is the regional manager. Both awful and quite unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! The reviews on here show just how horrible this place is!
