Giving a one star is generous. Placed an order around 10 for delivery and they call my husbands phone saying they’re “closed” even though it says open till 11. Then tells us to cancel our order, but there’s no option to cancel it and so he says he’ll see if he can cancel it from his end and proceeded to hang up and not refund us our money or let us know if it was canceled and ignored our calls.
People were very nice. Adding the capicola to my sandwich was outstanding.
I had order on the app on March 30, 2022. When I got there it was only one person working there. He was taking people in the store orders and app orders by himself. Because nobody show up. He was doing all this by himself and he was still professional and respectful in that situation. I hope they reward him for what he did that night because he could have close the store.
Had a deliciin New Port Richey.ous vegetarian sandwich and salad. State Road 54 and Rowan Rd. They have best food. I live in New Port Richey. Florida.
I came into the store on 11/19/21. I ordered four sandwich meals. The store wasn’t run efficiently.When I got home and began to eat the sandwiches the bread must have been day old the bottom of the rolls were very hard and the rest of the bread was very stale. Very unsatisfied. I tried calling the store and the phone just rang and rang.
The worse Subway around..... always out of products, takes forever to get a sandwich made and they are always trying to give you as little product as possible. I like subway as a brand so I'll just got to another one.
Just got home with Spicey Italian on wheat bread. And noticed no oil, vinegar, salt and pepper like I asked for. The staff needs to do less talking with co-workers and the manager, while taking and making orders. No fountain drinks available.
I made an online order and it was not what I ordered. I kept trying to call them when I got home, but no one answered. It tasted horrible and all wrong.
