The staff is very friendly and helpful here. I study here regularly, and have never had a bad experience. It's always clean, and even when there's a crowd, they get through the orders pretty quickly.
This a Starbucks is cleaning and bright. Pleasant place to sit and drink your coffee, or just do some work. Stay is friendly
Drive thru was long but it went super fast.The only improvement I would suggest is dor the menu board to be closer and a bit larger for people with bad eyes like myself. Other than that customer service excellent and my latte was amazing ?
Indoor and outdoor seating at this Starbucks. They actually had honey packets for your hot tea, which most Starbucks do not have these days. That's a deal breaker if you drink honey with your hot tea and the tea bags have not steeped and been removed. Starbucks in general is good at coffee preparation but they are not trained or prepared on proper hot tea preparation. This location having the honey packets made a difference so we could have our afternoon tea. You do have to request them when you order though, as they no longer offer the convenience of packets available for you to grab before you sit down. Nice staff. Bathrooms and the seating area were not cleaned or tidy though.
Frappachinos we’re good. Ordered online while sitting at restaurant seemed to work great because we were able to see different choices. Want more whipped topping? They have it! Customer service was just so so. Like that outdoor dining was available
Packed to the brim inside and out but still quick service... 10 min is good for any star ucks these days. The parking lot leaves a bit to be desired tho. Highly recommended!
The drive thru line is unsafe and excessive. They need someone out here taking orders and accepting payments to speed up the process in busier times. I know not everyone can’t be Chick-fil-A but we can use their style of handling a busy time and make it work at your location.
Shanika is the real MVP! She’s gone above and beyond, and pays close attention to details to make our experience special every time! We changed the name in our app and right away she remembers the new name, and that we like double cups and takes initiative to double them out the gate! Round of applause mama! ???~The Daymons
Came on thanksgiving morning, line was so long, but it moved very fast and the crew was so nice! I work a lot of holidays, and I’m never this pleasant! They need a huge shout out! If I lived here, I would be a regular at this spot!
I waited twenty minutes for my sandwich and green tea. When I went to ask about it the guy making sandwiches turned to me and said “I made it, it’s over there” I checked the counter for cafe orders and there was only an order for James. And he said “it’s over here” and grabbed my sandwich from the mobile order counter, which they don’t call names for or announce, and he hands it to me. I wouldn’t have known it was ready. It’s super cold because it’s probably been over there the whole time. And I’m still left without my tea. I ask for my tea and two employees argue about needing a sticker and I’m still waiting. All in all it was about thirty minutes for a cold sandwich and hot tea.
