I still love this Starbucks location. ...the barista(s) consistently make my beverage perfect......yes there is a wait but I have to wait at many other businesses as well.

This location needs to be closed down for the simple fact two to three times during the week you cannot even go into the store they have it as drive-thru only because they can't seem to get people to come to work. I really don't know if that's the truth or not or if they just don't feel like having people come in their store it's getting ridiculous a lot of us come through there in the morning every morning faithfully we don't have time to sit through a drive-thru wrapped around the store because you did not want to let people in. There's been many times this store has closed down by 5:00 as well which is ridiculous this is the only store that does this they just need to close it down and chalk it up as a loss

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in the country! Trust me, we were a military family for many years, so I’ve had Starbucks in many states.I ordered the same drink I always get. An iced brown sugar shaken espresso. After waiting forever, I get the drink, it doesn’t have the espresso at the bottom and looks like it has a lot of milk. I taste it and it doesn’t have any espresso taste to it. When I usually get this drink, the espresso taste is so strong, I can let the ice completely melt and can still taste the espresso. This one tasted like vanilla. No cinnamon or oatmeal flavoring.I tell the guy at the register he said they remake my drink. The girl who made the drink said she put FOUR shots of espresso so she wasn’t remaking it. After taking my cup, he gives it back and tells me that I would have to pay for more espresso. I said okay and kindly walked to my car and called corporate to make a complaint.I’ve never complained about a drink from here before, but I thought that if the drink wasn’t right, they were supposed to make it over. Will NEVER come back to this location. ALSO, this is the only location that put whipped cream at the bottom of a Frappuccino. I guess that was to hide that they didn’t make enough product for the cup. Something needs to be done about this location.

It makes no sense why this Starbucks store at Pavilion Crossing in Riverview is so not good! It's the only one in who knows how many miles, yet it's not open at regular hours. Sometimes it's closed by 3:30 pm so you always need to check whether it's open or not. Sometimes we just don't bother and go straight to the one on Causeway in Brandon because they keep regular hours and always make the coffee right.Because that's another thing, the one at Pavillion Crossing often sucks at preparing a Mocha Frapuccino, like today for example. It's the only store where we've had to return a drink to be remade on numerous occassions. Today was the latest of such time. Management take notice please or just close it down.

I went through the drive thru to place my order, the line was a bit long and typically moves at a good pace but not that day, it took about 25 minutes to get my order. When I ordered the employee questioned everything I said so I knew she may be new and just repeated back exactly what we wanted (also most likely the reason it took long). We ordered a mocha frap, vanilla iced coffee cream and sugar, and oatmeal. When we finally get to the window the employee handed us a plain iced coffee and I let her know I ordered a vanilla iced coffee in which I asked for cream and sugar, she proceeded to tell me with great attitude "no you ordered an iced coffee with 1 splenda". It took me by surprise because I was confused as to maybe she mixed up orders but regardless I advised what I truly ordered, the employee then again rudely tells me "no you ordered an iced coffee with 1 splenda but I'll change it" and rolls her eyes as she walks away. I was so beyond disgusted with that employee, I asked my husband what I ordered thinking maybe I misspoke but he reassured me I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar since my order hasn't changed in years. I have never had such an awful experience especially at Starbucks, I hope that attitude filled employee gets reprimanded because you just lost me to the Dunkin across the street because of her. Overall she gets 0 stars the drinks and oatmeal were just fine.

If you’re mobile-ordering your coffee to pick up on your way to work, make sure to order at least 20-30 minutes in advance. I’ve had to walk away with no coffee and wasted money two separate times now because after waiting 15 minutes in store, my order still wasn’t even up to be made and I had to get to work.It is a very busy location, so I can see why there is a delay, but management needs to staff more appropriately or mobile ordering should be disabled when the delay is that significant.

This Starbucks ALWAYS has a long line in the drive thru and it always takes way too long to get through. It’s faster to go to the one on Causeway and get out of the car. I’d say going inside this location is great, but the cafe has been closed sometimes so I just don’t even bother anymore. At least the employees are nice.

Big time kudos to Brittian! He is an exemplary server and person!! He has such great energy and is very attentive and just goes above and beyond to make each customer feel special! And we absolutely love his hat(s)! :o))~The Daymons

Workers are great and extremely nice. But management is extremely lacking sometimes they decide that the café inside is close but the drive-through is open then other times they decide the drive-through is open but the café is closed sometimes they just close the store altogether for days on end. And they have no line management if you come you will be in line for and hour. I just think there’s a lack of good leadership in this store!
