Got here at 8:11pm, sat at the window for 15 minutes and no response, drove up to the window and didnt see anyone , google and store signage say 8:30pm, please update times. This was 04/25
Went inside to order because there were not many people in the store. I waited 40 minutes for my order and had the privilege of watching many customers who ordered or came into the store after me receive their items before me.
Staff here are very friendly. Coffee and food here is great. We got in and out very quickly!
Love this location! Everyone is so friendly. As soon as I walk in the door, I’m greeted by each member of staff. They manage to keep their heads up amidst the craziness of the holidays, food/product shortages, and cranky customers. Really appreciated ❤️
Went here this morning and waited for 10-15 minutes for my drink. Food was out fast and stayed warm, but there were only 5 employees in at the time (during peak I should add). Needs more staff to make drinks. Although the baristas were overwhelmed, they were very nice to the customers and acknowledging to the wait time.
I usually love this Starbucks, the girls and guys are always amazing, drinks made right every time and they even used to remember my order when i came in before my shift everyday. However, today we had the displeasure of having Phoenix take our order and I have never had someone so rude and clearly agitated with life and just being there. She did not say a word to us and did not smile, and acted extremely irritated just by taking our order, which wasn’t difficult. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and it’s very rare I write a review on anyone because I get it but this was just ridiculous. The rest of this Starbucks gets 5 stars tho
This Starbucks is ALWAYS upbeat and professional! I love coming to this one. Even when they are super busy, the drinks are out still between 5-7 minutes! I’m absolutely impressed and the Store Manager Ashley worked in such a way! It is always inspiring to see the Managers keep the crowd calm and still deliver in a timely manner

I ordered a hot caramel coffee with whipped cream and extra sugar. Not only did I have to keep repeating my order but all I got back with a hot caramel black coffee
In travelling for work I have visited many a Starbucks but none of them compare to this particular Starbucks location. I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order, I was met with a smile behind the masks. I spent almost six months in Brandon for work and this Starbucks location made it bearable for me to be away from home each and every week. ☺️?To each and every employee here, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you do each and every day, for your kindness, and for just being nothing short of AWESOME!!!! To management here, WOW, you have one of the most amazing staff. To Starbucks Corporate, each and every person working here deserves a HUGE raise and they deserve to recognized and celebrated!!!!!
