On the surface, Rappi's business model is a good one because they will make money regardless of your good or bad service. Their vendors, too, make money irrespective of their service, which for the most part is inconsistence, so they make money even if they don't fill your order as requested with no recourse for a refund. The delivery drivers will show up more often without change, putting you in a bad situation when paying by cash. You would think that Rappi would fight to correct these glaring problems, but no, they are shameless in their quest to support fraud on behalf of their vendors.
Amazing service , great food and taste , the owners are really kind and attentive if you a have any doubts of coming to rappi please put them aside because it’s worth it

I was so excited to try this place. I order tostones with chicken. It wasn't good. The tostones were overdone burnt..the chicken was ok. I don't think I would go back.

Delicious empanadas - the closest I've gotten to authentic Colombian here in FL (we moved from NY). Only critique is the arepas had way too much corn as a topping/inside. It can do without - it's already made of corn ?
