I was looking for a real Mexican tacos, I saw this restaurant and I ask for the Street tacos, thinking this might be close to the food I was looking for, the person who took my order was really mean and have no manners, I just want to try how it was and I order 3 tacos, 2 steak and one pork, to go. I realized that I make a big mistake when they ask me what do I want on my tacos, I reply I want cilantro and onions with a red sauce (is how the tacos are prepare) they put the cilantro and they almost put red onion with pickles on it, I asked them if they don't have white onions, and they of course don't have, means is not a taco, I ended with a fajita onions instead, totally disappointed, but the worst part came with I have to pay, the cashier wasn't able to take my card for some reason and I have to do it again, I was not aware that we have to push a bottom on the credit card terminal and he did it , now I'm checking my credit card statement and he press the 20% tip on the terminal and I didn't noticed what he did. Now I feel that this place is a joke and the people who works there doesn't have any kind of sense of what customer service should be.I wont recommend this place to anybody and watch your transaction before they do the same thing and take your money without your consent. .
Was really hoping for this place to be decent, the reality was anything but.....As someone who works in thinking about consumer experiences this was a terrible first time experience and obviously last for me. First i ordered online, I got to the place 5 minutes past the time that my email confirmation said my food would be ready and still my food hadn't even been made yet... . The employees ( there were only 3 at the time ) were rude children. The girl at the counter didn't even say anything to me ( there were only two people in line ) I told her I was there for pick up and she asked my name. I told her my name as she giggled and she asked three more times as if she couldn't hear me ..( I was standing right in front of her ) she kept giggling i asked what was so funny ( already now feeling uncomfortable and regretting ordering from the place ) and she said oh nothing and notified me they hadn't made my food yet. I watched the boy at the counter scrape food from the counter into the chicken ( where they serve it from ) with a knife he had been using on something else. The place was dirty I mean dirty and it took them forever to make my food as they checked their phones and giggled and talked right over the food being made. So would I recommend it? Hell no, you're better off going anywhere else. Not to mention Chipotle is wayyyy better, clean and has a friendly staff.
There wasn't a Chipotle near me so I decided to give this a try, worst mistake. The employee who helped me wasn't friendly and I feel as if I was ripped off. I paid $10 for a bowl that was half full with very little meat. When I asked how spicy the sauce was she had no idea. $28.00 for a bowl, a quesadilla with chips and queso is absurb especially when there's barely any meat inside.
This was my first and last visit to Qdoba. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered the quesadilla both with chicken. The resturant was dead but every table was dirty. I took a bite out of my chicken and immediately knew something was wrong. I spit it out and it was pale pink and rubbery. It was hard to tell if it was undercooked/raw or if it was dark meat with marinade. I dont eat dark meat and was dissapointed to find out this is all Qdoba sells after the fact. Regardless the texture was so off putting i lost my appetite. My husband had similar issues. He will eat ANYTHING and spit out his chicken. We threw away out food and left. They offered to remake it but I don't eat beef or pork and I was grossed out. I hope my husband doesn't get sick from the 1 bite he swallowed and it wasn't raw chicken.
The food is always great. However the poor customer service is quite off putting. Every time we go they look irritated to be there and look as if they have an attitude. They don’t speak just stare you dead in the face. I really do enjoy the food but is a simple hello or smile too much to ask?
The best nachos choice for Mexican American food around here.
Had an interview. Where two of the workers were pointing and laughing at me. While i was being interviewed. I even turned around just to let them know i can hear them. And he waved at me . Told me they would tell the hiring manager and he would call the next day. I called after 2 days And he didn't even know who I was. And said I needed a 2nd interview. I've worked for numerous of companies. And been on several interviews . I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and unoriginaztion. Sad part is I would've been the kindest part of this rude staff. Maybe actually hire people that loves working with the public instead of just needing a check. I was honestly looking foward to starting a new venture with this franchise. But that clearly was never possible. Or an option. I would love an explanation. Why ask my shirt size and tell me the base pay just to tell me I need another interview . Because you were never briefed on me.

Absolutely love Qdoba. The food is always fresh, the menu items are varied and the staff is friendly even when the line is long! I wish there was a Qdoba closer to where I live. Nevertheless, when I'm traveling in this area I always include a trip to Qdoba in the itinerary. Do yourself a favor, visit Qdoba and bring your appetite.
Love their 3 cheese nacho bowl!
