The lady on Wednesday 06/08/22 around 3PM was excellent!!! I came in with me and three children. She was very pleasant and allowed me to use my code from the mobile app with no issues. Even mentioned that school is now out for the kids. The photo some of our leftovers. First Class Service!!! Me and the family will be back for more great food and service! Everyone loved the food! We greatly appreciate you!

By far the poorest managed Popeyes around. I keep trying again every few months because well, I love Popeyes chicken, or did. If it's not one thing it's another at this location. Prepare to wait 30 minutes or more in the line, prepare to be told there is cash only half of the time without as much as a sign to warn you, staff has no urgency and the order will be incorrect 75% of the time. Went inside one day to music blasting and employees on their phones cussing and laughing, turned around and left. Its been 2 months so decided to try again. Today our chicken was COLD, one piece looked like it had been under the heat for hours on end all dry and chewy, not edible, and we received the incorrect side, and was told cash only when we got to the window after waiting a long time to order, luckily had some. Have reported to corporate several times and management never returns a call at store level. In desperate need of new leadership. Was so excited we were getting a Popeyes when this one opened and over the years it's gotten worse and worse.

Goodness!!! This place is HORRIBLE! Never ever have I waited over an hour (in the drive thru) just to order food. Get your management together and learn to run a business! This location is poorly ran. So embarrassing on your end. Will never be returning to this location.

Just left here. The drive thru was closed and inside surprisingly wasn't busy there was only 1 person in front of us and by the time we had ordered about 3 people came in line behind us. It took 30 minutes after we ordered for them to realize they still needed to make the chicken and mac n cheese. I also think the 2 unsupervised children were children of a worker there. We were there for over an hr and not a single parent was around these kids. The first time I came here a few years ago it was running smoothly however the last 3x I've been here within the last year and a half has gotten worse each time. They need a complete overhaul of management.

Kim was right when she said nobody wanted to work. Too many kids working at this location for anything to get done correctly. Ordered food at 8:02, arrived at 8:45 to give them time to finish my order and now it’s 9:15 and I’m still waiting on my food with absolutely no updates from staff. Will not be coming back here again.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to!!! They have a product in but, told me I can't order it because they didn't want to cook it. That's no way to run a busy!! Plus the staff is slow and not friendly at all. one of the employees was carrying biscuits in falling out the bag all over the ground and pushed up against his dirty clothes. That's unsanitary. I hope they don't plan on serving those? Zero customer service. Will not go to this location again. And I never do reviews, this is how bad it is there

I’ll be reporting you guys to corporate you guys are sick for what you do to seniors and older people you guys are thieves. And to the owner that runs this establishment close down your business or give it to operators that can run and manage a business. Stealing money from my family you won’t receive another penny from us again. Just letting everyone know they will keep charging your card and for extra food you did not order hope you all enjoy playing in the back and giving good stuff to your Employees by patting them on the back for cheating customers good stuff as in extra tips and extra charges. Last importantly make sure you leave a 1 star everyone.

I just left and arrived home. The incompetent staff was asked three times about a breast and wing for both orders. We were told white meat comes in the $6 box. I arrive home 40 minutes later and there are two legs and a thigh in one order. Evidently the phone is not working. It keeps disconnecting. How do you screw up a $13 order. No training at all. I pull up to the drive thru and wait a few minutes. We finally hear, “How can I help you?” Then it’s dead air. Not I’ll be right with you. This is the one time I didn’t check my food after being in the doctor’s office for 7 hours today. Ridiculous and sad!

Placed my order for pick up at 8pm. Got to the store, the drive thru was closed. parked the car to go in, all the doors were locked. Employees were inside the store, lights were on, and no sign was posted. We knocked on the door and even walked up to the drive thru window and knocked. they completely ignored us (phone went to voice mail) instead of explaining the situation or even how we can get a refund. After SCREAMING that we paid, they finally came to the door to explain they had no chicken. Extremely unprofessional and a horrible experience. No wonder the rating is so low.

Was so excited when the we got a Popeyes in the neighborhood just to be unbelievably disappointed with the service!!! It was bad in the beginning and has gotten way worse over the years! Why in the world would anyone have to wait in the drive thru for over an hour?!?!? (I could have gone to a sit down restaurant, ate and left by the time it took them to take my order) For you to get to the window and them not even have chicken!!!!!! It’s Popeyes!!!! Isn’t chicken 90% of their business?!?! It’s really sad that they have soooo many one star reviews and a pattern of a long wait and bad service! It’s a shame that they don’t care about the business and making a HORRIBLE name for Popeyes. Someone in upper management needs to get fired because obviously this establishment lacks good leadership!
