Excelente service!!!! It appears that I order a Diet Pepsi instead of regular Pepsi and can you believe that the delivery guy took it and 30 minutes later there was another delivery guy with my regular Pepsi. And the original order came right on time!! Is the second time I order from this Pizza Hot in Big Band and they always go above and beyond!Thanks for your service and blessings.
Done carryout probably a dozen times, it's always been great! Always get the order right and people are friendly as well.
First, the pizza was very good. It is not a “greasy” as it used to be. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Overall: A+
The pizza was not very good. The crust was chewy instead of soft. Bland in taste
Twice in 10 days I ordered a thin crust , requested it cut square. The first 1 was triangle AND square cut. The pizza was basically in pieces. The second one was 9 huge squares. Very disappointing to miss a simple detail twice like that.
The staff was very friendly and understanding. However by the time I got my pizza I had to call twice to check the delivery status, because it was about 20 min past the estimated delivery given at check out. As well as when it left the store I had to call after 40min of it leaving the store and I had not received it. It unfortunately was no longer hot when I did receive it. The staff was very friendly though and addressed my concerns and got it to me 5 min after my 2nd call. I appreciate their work and customer service.
Received the wrong order and when I called about it the rep basically said she doesn’t understand how that was possible. Stated they would send a reorder but after an hour waiting for it I called again. The pizza was still sitting there. Zach said he would send it now but could not make me a priority over other customers even though my original order was completely wrong. Asked who the manager was and he stated he was and asked if I wanted to write his name down. Customer service and competency definitely lack at this location.
I understand that I placed an order during a busy time, but if I am waiting 2 hours for delivery, I expect my pizza to be hot, and not soggy and barely warm.
BO I believe assist me with my order. The pizza went to the next door neighbors house instead of mine. He made sure another pizza was made and had them call me whe. The pizza was at my home this time.thabk u
The roof of the pizza box smashed the top of the pizza and all the cheese and toppings from 2 or 3 slices was stuck to the top of the box. We tried to scrape the pizza off but ended up chewing cardboard from it. This was less than ideal.
