So grateful to have a good pizza place nearby! I ordered online. The process was easier when I ditched the Build it to go straight to Favorites that I could customize. I like lots of veggies and one meat, so was able to order the Vegetarian and add grilled chicken on a stuffed crust. Then ordered the cheesy bread that was a bit harder to find. Still it took less than 5 minutes to order.I got just what I ordered, baked to perfection, on time!The employees are delightful humans. They must be treating them right for them to enjoy their jobs!Way to Go, Pizza Hut!!
Excellent This location has drastically improved. We love their pizza and quit going as something had changed with their pizzas.Thankfully they taste great again and great service. Annemarie delivered our Pizza and everything was correct that I ordered.Thanks for the great pizza and delivery.
I ordered a veggie pizza, I was told would be ready in 15 min so I got there exactly on time to pick it up. As soon as I opened the box I noticed the pizza was not cooked all the way. Was not hot and a large piece of green pepper about a half of pepper was on top of a pizza not even cut in pieces, covered almost an entire slice of the pizza, pepper was hard and cold like and so were rest of the veggies. Every bite I took the veggies were hard and undercooked. Will never buy from this place again. Sloppy job for sure.
Ordered online for carryout, process was easy and wait time was only 14 minutes. I ordered to large 2 topping pizzas and a soda. The first was a pepperoni and bacon, it was good, bacon a bit overcooked. Second was the chicken and fetta, probably the best pizza I have had in a long time. I do not particularly remember the price but I did get a deal so it was not bad. The outside was clean of debris and service was quick service.
Is it me or is the quality going down at pizza hut? I ordered a large stuffed crust with pepperoni. The crust was very thin and dry. Almost looked and felt like cardboard. One suggestion would be, more sause and cheese.
I’ve ordered twice from this Pizza Hut and it’s the only Pizza Hut that’s EVER made my pizza fresh. Both delivery drivers I’ve had have been really sweet. TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS PEOPLE!!! Quality has been spot on ?
The Pizza Hut on Gibsonton Dr actually called me to confirm my order, inform of changes and waited until I got there which was after business hours (arrived at 11:12pm). I appreciate the customer service, hot food and pleasant employees. This was a great experience.
My order was incorrect. I ordered full sausage and pineapple, and half pepperoni and half bacon. What I got was full pepperoni and no bacon! It was still very good, but just not what I ordered.

Pizza was cold and brittle….Wings were mostly dry with no sauce on them..food went in trash awful experience rude staff…
