Great service, friendly employees! I appreciate how they were attentive to the dining room. Cleaning up often. Nice touch with the giant handwashing sink! Loved that soap and great way to show kids how to wash up before eating. Chicken tenders here tasted great, get the garlic dipping sauce!
The PDQ at 301 is hot and cold. Some days the food is good. Other days, it is not the best. At least I found an item in the menu that they consistently do well - the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
This PDQ location is top notch! The staff, and I mean all of them, are friendly, polite and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. If they make a mistake on your order they just fix it, no arguing or controversy they simply make it right!!
Awesome PDQ location! Service was great and quick and super friendly. Food was done perfectly. And the inside is super clean. Excited to come back sometime!
Fast service and the indoor seating was very spaced out and open and clean. The waffle fries were perfectly done and crispy. Maybe the best fast food waffle fries I've had. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but the bun was too steamed and got kind of soggy by the time I finally ate it.
The food is good. As I walked in, I just happened to meet a "don't care dam" employee who I told what I came to pick up, looked at the bag on the counter (which was mine), walked away without a word, and left me waiting until a caring employee came to my aid. To each his own.
Order was messed up three times. Also, the menu says waffle fries. Are they still actually available? Double/triple check what you order and get from the drive thru and consider not getting delivery from this location. My delivery receipt from PDQ and delivery did not match what I ordered.
Love the crispy tenders. And they have the BEST peanut butter shake! Friendly staff. Timeliness was typical.
Not too bad of a place. The food is pretty good. The prices could be a tad bit lower, especially since the portions aren't the largest. If the regular meal sizing was a bit larger, that'd justify the pricing a bit more. I usually order the one of the spicy chicken sandwiches. Their sweet tea is not too bad at all either. I'm keen on their sauces too. All in all, not a bad place. It'd just be nice if the portions weren't as small and/or the prices were a bit lower.
I've always had really excellent experiences at other PDQ locations in Tampa and Brandon, but this Riverview location has some employees that have gone out of their way to be rude or provide bad service. On 1/14/22, I was in the drive thru line around 8:40pm and at the order window at 8:56pm. The cashier came outside and put a yellow pole in front of my car and said they just closed and can't serve me. There may be a valid reason for closing before 9 and turning away the 3 cars still in line, but there is no reason that I should have to get out of my car to move a pole so I can exit forward.
