This is by far the best Papa John's in all of the Tampa Bay area. The food is always the hottest and the freshest. It always tastes the best too.I would imagine that has a lot to do with the manager Joe. Joe has been extremely kind and cordial from the day we met. He's always been very friendly each and every time we've interacted.Keep up the great work guys we appreciate you.
Tried to place an order for a pizza party for my students. First, I was told that I had to place the order online. When I tried to place the order ahead of time and finalized my order, it said you’re order will be ready in 14 minutes. Well, I need the order 3 days from now so that wouldn’t work. Called the store to cancel the order. The manager Yosmany cancelled the order and when I asked him to place the same order for the correct date, the price went up $10 because I didn’t place it online. When I told him that ordering online was difficult and I didn’t want to do that again, he said he could just cancel the order. So, I felt like he didn’t care whether or not I placed the order. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service was lacking!
This papa johns is the worst I have ever had! The pizza is terrible every time and that’s if you get your order! And the manager and staff have Terrible attitudes. Take yourMoney to any other pizza place around. There are so many to choose from that I am upset with myself for choosing this place time and time again. Guarantee I won’t anymore though. Absolutely horrendous location!
I will not give business to this location again. The first time I ordered from them, items in my order was missing. When I called to report and ask for the items to be refunded. I was told all they could be was give me a credit for them to collect when I make my next order. Okay. When I did make another order, I called the store to have those items added to my online order, I was told that I could not have those items this time because I used a coupon on my current order. (In no way should that be a issue when those items have already been paid for.) While trying to explain this tp the young lady she just tells me point blank I cannot get these items today. Upon asking for a Manager, he goes into explaining their system will not allow them to put in an additional discount on top of my already discounted order. After explaining to him, that the operation of the system and how it works is not a concern that should be shared with me (the customer). When in fact I am owed goods from their former mess up. All I want is what I ordered (since they refused to refund me), and how you have to make that happen is of no concern to me. The response should have been an apology and that those items would be in my order and to have a nice evening. Instead, his response was " I will get you your items, Bye" and he hangs up.This manager does not care about his store because he does not care about is customers. He is rather rude and in no way customer friendly. I called back and canceled my entire order. His tone did not reassure me that he would take care of me, or I would receive my order in good quality.
Most of the time it's pretty good pizza for a chain but sometimes it's a little lacking. I wish they were a little more consistent
Awful place they messed up my order and when I tried calling back to have it fixed he was very rude and hung up!! I contacted corporate and they are getting on it this week!
Love this location. My daughter only eat cheese pizza and the other location we went to just couldn’t get it right. Her cheese was always burnt. This location is fast and pizza is always fresh!
Had a great experience this time around!! They must have new line cooks because my order came how I actually ordered it and the driver Simon was quick and friendly!! Good Job Papa John’s!
Toppings ok but crust was hard and pizza was not hot.
