Their food taste is above their competition. The restaurant was cleaned and well managed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our online order was completed as requested and it was on time. Pick-up doesn't waste any of their customers time. Our only suggestion would be to include utensils in all orders, as it was a salad was missing the utensils. We'll continue to visit this restaurant.
Horrible place, they always get the order wrong so I stopped going. I said I really want some panera so maybe online ordering it would be different. Food got here missing everything on the sandwiches that we over paid for to be added on. When I called the store the "manager" I spoke with had no idea how to handle the issue at all. When asked for her managers name she was dodgy and once I got his name she had no idea how to spell it. Never again ill stick with publix deli
You think that by now, the management of Panera figure out how to provide an alternative for those of us suffering oh Celiac decease. Even if you don’t make the bread or wrap you can provide that option to us. The main reason I normally go to your competition, because I can order a sandwich or wrap.
I ordered a BBQ chicken salad to go, got home and the salad looked horrible. I opened it up and there was no chicken. I usually have no complaints about their service or food but this time I was very disappointed. I would have taken it back but I was just coming home from having a minor surgery and was very hungry and groggy.
I've been to this Panera a few times and have not been overly satisfied any of those times. Will probably stop coming. I tried to order a souffle twice (it was on their menu) and both times it was not available. Today I ordered a croissant, cream cheese and hot tea. The croissant tasted "oldish" and certainly not worth the $2.99. The tea and cream cheese, but it would be kind of hard to mess that up. It seems the concentration is on cleanliness and image but not food quality. The food takes a lower priority, and high quality bakery- no, not here.
So the service was fine. I'm here because of the morning managers . The way they talk to their staff is disappointing and disgusting. Their tone, and verbiage towards their staff, especially the younger staff, needs to be addressed. I witnessed the staff doing well, the moment 1 talked, or did not jog through the establishment, managers slammed them with disrespect. Smh. This alone makes me not want to visit again.
I ordered bagels, pastries, coffee and a orange juice for a meeting for work yesterday to pick up this morning. This was by far the easiest order and pick up. The staff there were super friendly and had all of the items nicely placed in a bag with utensils and everything. This was so easy and the service was great. I’ll be using this service again. I’d highly recommend ordering from this Panera!
We found this Panera by noticing the sign on I-75. We had a very nice lunch - grilled cheese and a cup of chicken noodle soup for me and a tomato soup and half Mediterranean salad for my husband. Everything was delicious and the service was also helpful and fast.
They constantly leave items off my order and it’s never ready when it says it is. I’ve also had my order given away to someone else. How hard is it to ask for a person’s name and make sure it matches the receipt? Also, if it’s rapid pick up and the vehicle description doesn’t match the order, it’s prob not theirs. Just saying.
Went to this Panera Bread for the first time. Sorry to say, but also my last time. Customer service isn't their best thing. Got 6 bagels and cream cheese. These were the skinnyest or thinnest bagels I've seen in a long time. Dukin Donuts even has better bagels. Maybe they should proof the bagels longer.
