Orange chicken and chow mean fabulous as usual! Also had black pepper Angus steak. It was a little spicy on the back end but really good. I ordered the cream cheese Rangoon. Bland and I had to ask for sauce. The store was extremely busy but our wait time was short. Store was clean staff was friendly. Good experience
This location is annoying. They are always running out of food no matter what time we come. The white rice is almost always crunchy or large clumps that are difficult to break apart. When I ask for the teriyaki chicken to be chopped smaller they usually act like it is a significant inconvenience. The tables are almost always dirty, they do not brew tea in the dining room, you have to ask for it from behind the counter. Lastly, they over schedule the counter staff and under schedule the cooks so there is usually counter staff standing around while only person tries to keep food prepared.I would not recommend this location. We will be driving a little further and going to Bloomingdale instead or one of the other many Chinese restaurants in the area.
I feel like Panda Express is a hit or a miss when you find different locations. This panda is a hit. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Such a nice group of people. ? I am really glad we drove through town and picked this for lunch. Really was overall fantastic food and experience. Also it is one of the most cleanest Panda Express I have ever been too.
AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN! They are always running out of food and their customer service is declining. One evening I came here and they said they were out of an item and that I would need to order something else. They then clarified that it's not out of stock completely, but that they needed additional time to make it. I told them no worries, and advised that I would wait a few minutes and come back. I waited in my car closeby for the amount of time they suggested, and then came back through the drive through, only for them to tell me they were getting ready to close. It was about 45 min until closing time. Today, I went and placed an order and was advised that they only had enough to make 2 of the 3 things I requested. I should have taken that as a red flag but I made a quick adjustment and continued to order. When I got to the window and they handed me a medium side of rice, I realized it would be too small and asked if they could please add one more onto my order. I was told that I would need to pull back through the drive through because they don't do add on's. SAY WHAT?! I'm very, very disappointed in the experiences that I have been having at this location and they will NOT be getting anymore of my money.
I do love Panda. I'm not sure what is going on with this location lately. A year ago everything was fine. Now there is always an issue--half the stuff on the menu isn't available, the drive thru is closed, they say a 5 min wait to cook an entree but then it takes 15 minutes. I've started ordering online but even then I show up when the confirmation email says the order should be ready, and waited 15 minutes while other people arriving after me got served. So, so poorly run. We've stopped coming here.
Waiting 30 minutes inside the restaurant for an online order placed 15 minutes prior. The poor staff can’t keep up and they are serving drive thru and forgetting about the people in the restaurant already waiting on things to be made. They are Selling out of items that customers have been waiting for to the drive thru customers, forcing people to wait a second time for the items to be made. No management present no structure to online orders vs drive thru and in person ordering. Absolute nightmare.
First, I was waiting in line while my husband took our child to the bathroom. He walked upRight as I was about to order and the person working tried to skip us. When We started ordering anyways she’s like there is a line. Yes ma’am I’ve been waiting in it is it not ok my son used the restroom first. Then did not receive both meats I ordered. And the check out employee was rude when we asked for sauce. Over all bad experience. Will be trying different location next time
Drove 20 minutes and it was 45 minutes prior to close and they only had white rice and sweet chicken from their entire menu. This is the third time it happens and the final. This location has lost my business and I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning.
This Panda Express is the absolute worst!! They are often out of many of the main dishes and you are often told it will be a 10 - 15 minute wait.. I love their Black Pepper Chicken, when you can get it, but you must tell them to give you chicken instead of celery,otherwise its 60% celery... Rice is often dried out probably from sitting to long and the water boiling out....
I have never seen a restaurant that runs out of more items than this location. Even before supply chain issues it would be an hour till closing and still just not have some of the most common menu items. It’s run horribly I am not sure how they are still even in business.
