I placed my order in the drive thru. During the order process, I was informed that fried rice would require a wait. I changed to chow mein to avoid the wait. After my payment, the woman at the window asked me to pull up to waiting spot three. I pulled forward and waited for 15 minutes with no other car going thru the drive thru. When I went inside, I found the order was sitting by the drive thru window. When asked why there was a delay. The lady as the cash register said she didn’t know. when I asked the lady who walked the order to me if she knew why the order was late, she said she was on break. I asked where the individual who took my order was, they didn’t answer. I asked about a supervisor and they walked away.
Our family loves Panda Express. You can never go wrong with the food here. This business is the CLEANEST one we have ever been to. I used to go here around 12-14 years ago and I'm very impressed that the quality and structure of the store looks as new as the day it was first built. Very good food and great customer service. Also it's conveniently located next to a Target. What more could you ask for?
Arrived at opening on Sunday 24 April ordered Chicken Teriyaki for my wife and I at 11am. We were told it would be “a few minutes” after 15 minutes we went in for status and they said another 10-15 minutes. We had groceries in the trunk getting warm so we asked for a refund. Unable to give a refund because Monica the manager being the only one able to perform any functions in this store we ended up getting our food at 11:30. This is 30 minutes, when told a few. When speaking with staff, they just ignored the situation and went back to work. The store now has my receipt so I have no proof. This is a horrible business and I won’t be eating there again and Monica needs to train her staff on how to issue refunds
I'm very upset with the service from this Panda Express location. We arrived in the drive-thru at 11:00 as they opened on Sunday. Both my husband and I ordered chicken teriyaki as part of our plates. We were told that it would be a few minutes before the teriyaki was ready and to pull our car around front to wait. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked inside and asked for our food. I was told it would be ANOTHER 20 MINUTES before the teriyaki would be ready and that they don't know what the cooks are doing when they take orders. I asked for a refund and stood by the register for another 10 minutes as noone in the store knew how to do a credit card refund since the manager wasn't there. They finally brought me my original receipt with "refunded" written at the top. When I asked for an actual credit card refund receipt, they told me they couldn't do it... only the manager can do refunds and she would process it sometime on Monday when she came in and then it would need to be approved by corporate. It would be 10-14 days before I would actually get a refund.I finally just got my food and left since the employees took 30 minutes to figure out that they can't refund any money. We didn't even get an apology from them for the 40 minute ordeal.
If I could rate lower for this restaurant, I would. Ordered the family meal and super greens. Waited 10 minutes extra for super greens to cook (no big deal) when I get back to the office, they had forgotten one of my entrees, and the super greens were raw cabbage cut in chunks , uncooked. I called and spoke to “Linnette” who rudely and uncaringly informed me I would need to come back to that specific store for either replacement or refund which would take 7-10 days. Ok, no problem, is there any way you can also compensate for the gas? I mean, I would’ve been happy with an order of crab Rangoon, but she absolutely refused to do anything to make up for the disappointing food and service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager was unavailable and I could call back in 25 minutes…That SHE is managing that store. If you go to this place for lunch, expect your order to be wrong and undercooked, and don’t expect them to care.
Came for Beef and Broccoli but unfortunately left with way more Broccoli than it should have been. Tray wasn't even filled up to make it worse. 20 bucks for pretty much nothing but veggies and rice. Drove all the way here for absolutely nothing. Thanks!
Super rude drive thru employee, I think her name is anna.. I asked her for some sauce and she looked annoyed that I even asked her, and she gave it to me with an attitude so I didnt say thank you. And then she she yelled, YOUR WELCOME. Never had such a bad experience eating out, but I'm never coming back to this location.
This location used to be great. Last few times I’ve been they forget an item on my order. I get it, mistakes happen, but every single order for the last 5 trips? The portions have become ridiculously small. I understand with inflation the prices go up, that’s fine, but don’t raise prices AND reduce portions to half a scoop. Also the food I have been receiving lately has tasted burnt and really crispy. I used to love Panda Express but lately I’m rethinking my options.
This place is so backwards... Couple things wrong with this place. Everytime I go.They never use the drive-thru. If you pull through the drive through someone will tell you to come in even though they have 5+ workers working... Fine not a big dealWhen you go inside you get A SHOW. Everytime! This last time one employee was complaining to whom I assume is the manager about how she only had 2 days of training when she should have had 2 weeks... "That's what the manual says" they banter back and forth loudly in front of customers with the male manager gaslighting and saying "welcome to the real world" "dont even ask us about vacation"....But worse of all I order pick-up says it will be ready by 6:58 pm - we arrived at 7:02- was told to come inside through the drive-thru (like always) -food wasn't even made.... Like the ticket was still in the machine. They had 2 customers eating and 2 employees on break in the lobby with 4 employees still in the kitchen standing around. We get completely ignored until they finish they're conversation.... Then we ordered 2 large drinks and she fought us to say one was a medium and it's a 10¢ difference...... Back and forth until she handed us the ticket that said TWO LARGE DRINKS.... like this is insane right... Now it's 7:40 and I'm finally on my way home
Good cheap food. If you've eaten at any Panda Express, you know what to expect. American style Chinese food. Family probs but individual plates. Good tasting, bad for you, always satisfying. If you want quick and easy, this is it. If you want traditional Chinese, look elsewhere.
