On July 16th, 2022 around 9:15 PM my fiancé and I decided to give this place a try, we aren’t from around this area so we really weren’t aware of how ridiculous this place would be. Not only was my food old, it was incorrect! After placing my order then calling in to add a chicken soup, I’d expect for the order to be double checked. Unfortunately after picking it up and making it back to our hotel, there was no chicken soup added. In fact I got three containers of baked potato soup instead, which was worse because not only were the toppings missing, the potatoes were still raw! I then proceeded to go through the bag and checking everything else i opened the chicken that would be going on my salad and that was cold and my baked potato to my entree was also raw. At this point I was beyond irritated and just wanted my chicken soup and to forget this experience. So I get back in my car and drive back to at least get my chicken soup. I walk in and the lady that went to get my soup came back out and stated that she “hooked me up” when in all actuality I paid for a bowl of chicken soup not a cup so technically she didn’t do anything but bring me my bowl of soup that I already paid for. As I thought that moment couldn’t have went that smooth if all else was trashed, so I check my soup and it just broth and four chunks of chicken and that was between the two containers together. This entire place is a joke and should just stick to being two different restaurants.
2nd time I told them not to put bread in there in not gluten free and they did it again. I called and the lady was sooooo rude and was like well you don't have to eat it. That's not the point I literally wrote a paragraph with very clear details and in my celiac disease and NOT TO add anything containing gluten and yet you so added bread and when I called to address it you
The food is always amazing! Get this about once a week and an order has never been wrong. When I call everyone is so friendly and happy to help. 5 stars
We ordered curbside pickup. Waited for over an hour and a half. If I could get someone on the phone, they'd indicate its almost done or just tell stories. I asked that they just provide what was done as they'd indicated it would be 20 minutes more and they said they'd do that, but didn't. I understand some things happen but at least be honest. happen but at least be honest about
I ordered my order online for pickup. The website is easy to follow, have pictures to verify and even have the prices. This establishment combines both carrabba’s and Outback. I chose Carrabba’s for my dinner. Once I had everything in my cart and paid. I received an text message and email about confirmation. It also told me what time my order should be ready. In fact it was ready but it was ready before the message told me. The great news was they texted me when it was, so that was definitely a plus. I was very satisfied with my meal everything I ordered online was in the bag. They ask you what you are driving tell you to wait in your vehicle and they will bring it directly to your car. That was definitely another big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone to enjoy. I will be going back some time soon.
Ordered a sirloin with sides of baked potato and a salad. Salad looks good and I’ll save it for Friday. Steak was pretty bad, it had a lot of gristle and was barely edible. The baked potato was as hard as a rock. Not sure if it was actually baked. I order from this location regularly and was very unhappy with my meal. Am also a Dine Rewards member
My family loves Outback and has been eating there for decades. My pregnant wife was craving Outback and didn’t feel like driving to Brandon. We ordered two “center-cut” sirloins. The steaks were absolutely not center-cut as evidenced by the insane amount of connective tissue throughout both of them. Both were severely undercooked. One of them was so undercooked that it was closer to raw than rare. I understand that mistakes happen in a busy kitchen, but there is no excuse for selling a center cut steak and serving a cheaper cut. I would rather pay a higher price than be defrauded for $50. I hope this review conveys just how disappointed we were with what we were served.
I’ve been going to Outback and Carrabba’s main locations for over 15 years and and I’m very impressed with Express location on 301. The young lady, Rayne, was the best customer service experience I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was very thoughtful and charismatic towards my family and I. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the alice chicken with a baked potato and she had nothing but compliments. Not to mention they quoted me 25 minutes till pickup but was ready in 15 minutes! Job well done! Will be a repeat customer especially with the quick and fast service.
I had a WONDERFUL and DELIGHTFUL experience at this Outback Express. We arrived and placed our order with Eric who was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. After placing our order we waited less than 15 minutes to receive it. Eric himself walked the order out to our car. No waiting, no hassle. I used to wait over an hour for a to go order at the dine in Outback’s - no more waiting for us! Food was delicious and done to perfection.
Horrible EXPERIENCE, WAIT TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! To add INSULT to injury after I gave the young lady my full payment, including GIFT CARDS. She later returned to me requesting additional Funds. I reminded her that she had well over enough to pay for my order and to use the Gift cards provided. She stated I never gave her a gift card. I requested the manager. Chris also backed his employee and stated the employee never received the gift card. I requested to have them search around the location and there Chris lifts up the keyboard at the register and finds the gift card after 20 minutes of debating with me as the customer. I promised them both that I had provided payment for my meal and THEY both insisted that I WAS LYING. CHRIS then tried to debate and defend his employee and never apologized to me for ACCUSING me of not providing full PAYMENT. THIS location has failed our company 60 % out of the many times of the 30 visits we have given them, CONSIDER this a FINAL!!!!
