This place is like a knock of Qdoba/Chipotle with mediocre flavor. Nothing looked fresh on the line. The "famous cheese" is bland white queso and chips were not that crispy. The food is way over priced. We got two stacked meals(supreme crunch type taco) 2 drinks and a cup of queso and came out to $40. Was not a fan, won't be returning

We ordered to go from Moe's. I had multiple people pick out what they wanted and thought it would be convenient to pay on line and grab a nice dinner.... boy was i wrong. Two bowls and a two taco meal. I drove there about 25 minutes, my order was ready. I was going to put it a cooler to keep it hot but I saw two bowls and no tacos. I went back in. The workers were all goofing around. The one young man stated he made the tacos and they are "under the chips" so I had to stick my dirty hand in the bag to verify the tacos were there. I was pretty upset but okay and put the food and jetted off. Then I got home. My child said the tacos tasted like crud. My husband opened his bowl and started getting mad. Asked what I ordered, he ordered a steak bowl and mine chicken. The steak bowl was missing shredded cheese, Pico de Gallo, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and added queso. He also paid for extra steak and there like 2 pieces on the whole bowl. Then I checked the chicken bowl, I was missing mushrooms and cheese. The whole meal was trash. I tried to call the store multiple times. It put me on a 5-6 minutes hold, then a voice mail. They had a selection for catering. Convenient that a lady picked up and told me that I should go back to the store. I was not wanting to drive all the way back out there. This disaster has already taken a hour of drive time and 30 minutes on the phone. Then I continued to call the store at 301 in riverview, fl. Finally someone answered and transferred to a "manager " named Joel, who was reluctant to even provide a name, he proceeded to tell me that he was going to do anything and I needed to call back the next day. I had to make a pizza for dinner. This was a horrible experience and I will not be going to Moe's ever again!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! This is worst than McDonald's. I should of went there, at least they admit their mistakes and replace it

Super dirty, impatient with customers and their own new hires, just incredibly disrespectful overall. The manager there was even berating his employees in front of everyone. Food was also burnt and chips not fried properly. Worst Moe's I've ever been to and will not be returning.

What is happening to Moes? When they opened, it was excited employees welcoming you to Moe’s. Went to the restaurant a week ago. No welcoming at all. Only 1 server at the front. She seemed angry that day, I do not why. We ordered our tacos. The ingredients visual was not pleasant. Seemed dirty, ingredients spilled in the other ingredients…..awful. Pico de Gallo tomatoes was smushed. We ate at the restaurant and we saw 3 males coming out from the kitchen……now I know why the server was upset. Seems that while she was trying to serve clients, these 3 were slacking. Hope management at the 301 store look into this situation. I like Moe’s, but service and food quality have degraded….it is time to lift it back up.

This location needs a manager in the worst way. These kids need guidance and direction on what they should be doing!! Food choices almost out and dry, no salsa cups and when advised staff, they brought me ONE and didn't fill it up for the other patrons, who then had to ask for cups, no unsweet tea and none was put out. EVERY table was dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing. I saw 4 employees and only one girl seemed to be doing anything. The others just walked around with their thumbs up their butts or hid out in back. It was like this the last time we were there. This is unacceptable!

We ordered online. Food was to be ready at 5:09pm . I arrived at 5:15 and the food wasn’t ready (Totally understandable). I watched 7 people walk in, order food and leave. By 5:30 I had enough and requested to know the status of my order. I was told “it’s almost done”. By 5:35 I finally had my food and left. I should have checked everything, because I had two items that weren’t even in the bag.

Chicken was dry as a bone, tried to charge us for items we did not order or receive. That may have been an honest mistake, but there's no excuse for the chicken. Can't say I'll be visiting this location again, have had much better experiences at other locations though

I have been a moes customer for over 10 years and have eaten at many locations. The location on 301 is the absolute slowest and most disappointing location i have been to. I moved to the area 6 months ago and thought maybe the disorganized and unprofessional manner in which all but like 1 employee displays was just a bad day. But no it is every single time. The staff consists of youth who dont care about anything, stand around like they are lost, joke around with each other even when someone has given requests to refill toppings, which by the way they are constantly out of, terrible at refilling the salsa bar, and overall the only reason i continue to visit this location is because its the only location near me without driving to the next town over 20 to 30 minutes away but its starting to really become tempting.

This place is a constant let down. I try it hoping things changed yet its the same rude employees, same dry crunchy rice and limited toppings. When will things improve? What's needed? This restaurant is embarrassing. Moes in general is a favorite, I just hope you take my review of our experience and actually take action.

The staff was great. Me and my nephew enjoyed watching them make our burritos and they were great to our liking. Will eat there again.
