Online ordering is NEVER available. The time I decided to just go in to place the order, I was told they shut down online ordering because it was an inconvenience and they were busy… I was literally the only person there. Hope the franchise owner is good with losing business because this is the 4th time I attempted to make an order online to get an error message saying it was unavailable.
Everything was pretty decent and fresh but they definitely needed somebody to clean the tables and the bathroom. I would say a third of my pork was big globs of fat, which was pretty off-putting. The actual meat was good and seasoned well but the fat spoiled it for me.
Chips are bad some are super greesy and undercooked others are chewy and stick on teeth i think they are undercooked. I boght a cup of queso i cant eat. I complained to them amd they said thats how our chips are no sulution offered to me so i have to take the queso hone to eat it later i guess. My wifes burrito was charged as a more expensive burrito after insisiting they check it after hearing the total she said it was right then handed us tge receipt and we corrected her. Her manager fixed it but was not able to talk to the manager about the chips because shes busy in the back and i didnt want to cause a scene asking twice for her. Im not coming back last time they didnt honor kids free on the receipt until i asked but was fixed but clearly have people running the registers that are not trained well and people making chips that are not trained well not to mention custoner servise skills needed when a customer sais a food item is not good at minimum look at the food and if its not normal replace, he went straight to its you not us...
I gave this location a second opportunity and I swear it was way worse this time around. I will supply drug tests to prove the whole staff was high. The tortilla chips appeared to be from a Tostitos bag as well. Food looked dry upon ordering. I should've never come back!
I am here eating my food. The lady with the blue hair is absolutely mean to her co workers and screamed at the girl who was making my stack. I personally will not come back here cause of the way the staff is being treated. It’s not professional and the kid working doesn’t deserve your poor attitude.
This location used to be amazing! Recently I ordered and they forgot an item, gave use 2 tiny little queso cups for 4 dollars when I ordered 2 cups of queso, and both burritos were very cold, but our quesadillas were good and warm.
I am waiting for Moe's to close there doors. The food, cleanliness, & staff have gone down hill. Been here a few times, tile all the wall needs to be fixed, floors clean, ect. Just looks like a dump anymore. All meats were burnt in the bins. I settled for just beans & veggies. Speaking of veggies, romaine lettuce is no longer offered for salads. Never busy. This place uses to be slammed.
I don’t understand how come I go to pickup quick dinner at 840pm and the staff closes the doors 20 minutes early regardless of their posted hours of operation. Due to laziness?

This location has gone down hill. The employees are not warm & friendly. You never hear the famed “Welcome to Moe’s!”. The store is dirty and they’re always out of something, regardless of the time of day.The latest visit had an employee coughing while making food maskless. They did not give chips with the bowl so I asked for the cashier fort chips and she grabbed the bag from my hand and begrudgingly gave chips while sliding the bag back to me.I get there’s a labor shortage and these employees probably make minimumwage, however, they have a job where others do not. They shouldn’t act like they are there against their will and everything is an inconvenience to them.
