Pretty disappointing experience. My friend and I came here on a Tuesday night and the place was pretty dead. We sat down and were given chips and salsa which were good, and then we both ordered a drink.. I am giving this place 2 stars because the drinks were excellent. Our server was slow and barely came back to the table. I also ask my server for water 2 times and never received it. My friend ordered the beef enchiladas and I ordered nachos. I saw another table next to mine come out with a huge pile of nachos and that is what I was expecting for mine. My nachos came out and literally had 12 chips with unseasoned chicken that was cold and flavorless with a heaping pile of mostly lettuce in the middle. Confused, I asked the server why mine was so small. She said because I didnt order the slopy nachos (which was $1 cheaper).I knew I would be hungry still so I asked for a side of rice. The enchiladas were flavorless as well. After we finished eating it took our server 18 minutes to come back so we could ask for the check. It was $49 for 2 entrees and 2 house margaritas. Oh and my side of rice. Do not recommend.
Service was nice but plates came out separately and slow even though it was not crowded. This is your typical Tex-mex restaurant with rice, cheese & beans, canned chopped meat. May be assembled there but not fresh & tasty. Wet soggy tortillas, canned molé that was dry.
This is a wonderful restaurant, food is always great, never had a bad meal. And the staff is great, very friendly and always willing to explain items on the menu. We have had dinner there several times and we will be back!
Busy Saturday afternoon, the young woman at the front wasn't confident and ended up in tears when the manager spoke to her. (we were observers, not involved) This resulted in our server getting involved and then displaying her anger through actions and facial expression. She brought our menus, then counted her tips (many staff observed counting their tips at the counter in the dining room). A different server waited on us and was very good. Service (food delivery) was slower than we are accustomed to, but plentiful and tasty. The wait is ok due to the warm chips and salsa! Our server refilled it when she refilled our drinks. Salsa is a bit hot, which I love, unsure if they have less spicy salsa. I had steak tacos and spouse had fajitas. The steak was tender and no fat or gristle. Beans and rice were good. It was odd that they were mopping the floor in the entry way (nothing spilled) during a busy time, servers were constantly sweeping the floor in the dining room. Obsessively so. Just odd. We will return, we ate inside and will sit on the patio next time. The bar was busy. The parking lot is small, they are located next to a busy Italian restaurant, parking is at a premium although they are in a strip mall type set up.
Foods great services seems to be selective. Felt bit ignored throughout our meal. Server would spend longer time with other tables and rush / by pass ours.Previous experiences have been better. But food and overall place is great.
Very good restaurant. Yhe food is hot and yummy. The chips are also good, so make sure you try them.Full bar and yes they make good drinks. Plenty of seating and just about anything you order will be good. I have not ordered anything that was not good. Friendly staff but I have seen the employees drinking on duty which I did not think was allowed but no big deal.
One star is too generous. Horrible customer service. They don't care about any of their customers. We ordered food for our family for lunch. We go to pick up the order. Then they decided to cancel the order. I would recommend this place to anyone .
Love this place! My wife and I shared an amazing and generously portioned lunch here recently and sat outside! Very cool outdoor seating area.
Super friendly staff, and really amazing food!
This place was just amazing ?. We will definitely be visiting again. We enjoyed the Flautas and Sloppy Nachos. We did not have a chance to try any of the entrees since we filled up on apps. Service was friendly and restaurant manager was so nice.
