I really dislike going here, and the only reason I do is because it's the only one around. The line is ALWAYS long. The speed is super slow and the parking log is like a puzzle to get through.The up side is that the employees are nice and pleasant to interact with.Needs chic-fil-a management and this place would be great.
The staff was working very hard to fill Drive thru, to go, dine in and Door Dash orders ! My granddaughter was very happy with her Happy Meal!!
This location was horrible, Staff very slow to acknowledge customers waiting to place orders,I visited at about 11:00 a.m. and placed my order at the kiosk which failed to give me a receipt!I proceeded to let the cashier know about my order and that I did not have a receipt, when she gave me my order after about 10 minutes she gave me the wrong thing, I ordered a regular 20 piece nugget, she gave me a 20 piece spicy nugget so after all that waiting they still messed up a simple order and I had to go back inside to get it replaced with the correct order, regular 20-piece nugget.They were not at all friendly nor attentive to their job. This location gets an F as far as I'm concerned, customer service and promptness of service =FAIL!
I waited inside for over an hour to not get food. To make a long story short fights were breaking out inside I couldn’t wait inside for over an hour for a simple happy meal… it’s not worth it. The manager said it’s not her problem to find out where my order went.
I went through the drive through. I ordered a simple meal. I waited for 20 min, no food. I asked several employees to check on it, but still no food. I turned off my car, went inside and still had a hard time getting my order. They provided no explanation. Awful service.
My husband's hamburger was still a little pink. He took it up and they made a fresh one right away, showed the cook what was wrong, and then asked if they could do anything else for him. He said no but asked if they could give him some free fries or something. He finally said an apple pie would be nice. They came to our table with 2 free pies. That's customer service!! I would definitely return here. We're visiting from Wisconsin.
Used to always go to this location they would always get my order right food would always be hot and as good as McDonald’s can be, but I have noticed a major decline this year, but the last time Part of my order was 2 apple pies and a latte I pay and go to the pick up window, latte not ready and no apple pie ready at the moment it will be ready in 12 minutes...you can get something else, problem is I don’t know what else they have so now I have to pay to try something else? I asked if I can just get my money back but I guess McDonald’s doesn’t refund, I was told to go wait I waited for a long time and figured they were making me wait for the apple pies, my food was cold by the time I got home so disappointed family and i left with no latte no apple pies and very upset . Not going back to that location
Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!! Waited in line for 30 mins and still didn’t receive my whole order. I was missing 2 whole sandwiches and of course I didn’t realize because until I was already home. Check your food even if you have to hold up the line !!!!! And to the stupid people working there do better it’s not that hard.
Came to get some late night food here & they said cash only so I come back with cash then they said breakfast only and taking cards then I wait at the window for 30 mins for coke breakfast like seriously??? How hard was it to accommodate the regular food if they were not ready to serve breakfast. Hire some employees that wanna work
Long lines, cold food, and employees that absolutely do not want to be there.\ \ Could you a least give me all the food I paid for? At the very least I get all of the food I ordered (albeit cold).\ \ Also if you notice around half the reviews are positive and the other are negative? It's because the day shift staff has their stuff together. Lines are still long but at least the food is fresh.
