I had trouble going threw the drive the with my r.v. late at night but thanks to the manager Devin who allowed me to enter the lobby to place my order. He even hooked me up with a free large fry because my code on my phone wouldn't work. Long story short the manager at this McDonald's accommodated my needs and I am extremely satisfied with the service of this establishment. Good job McDonald's thank you for your amazing customer service!

Usually 85% of the time something is wrong with the order, something is missing or they didn't/ don't remove or add what you ask for.. Don't order nuggets thru doordash etc.. we have gotten the 40 piece a number of times and they'll give you 2 maybe 3 sauce packs.. and when you come back around to let them know they are Usually always rude. We try to avoid going to this particular McDonald's for that reason. But it's our go to when we work late which is 2-3 times a week, so thanks for always screwing up our orders

The staff was working very hard to fill Drive thru, to go, dine in and Door Dash orders ! My granddaughter was very happy with her Happy Meal!!

It was a McDonald's that's pretty much it. We actually came here to pick up an online order and the transaction was pretty straightforward. I don't really have much to say about the location. However, I will say that this is the fastest visit that I've experienced here. The line is usually pretty long and it takes a bit of time before ordering, but I guess that's because I've really only visited this location at night. The most recent visit was around 8 pm or so. Also, the entrance here is somewhat 'tricky'.. You can't make that first right. You've gotta make the right that's a bit after you've somewhat passed the McDonald's. If you make that first right, it's going to be more of a roundabout approach. I think there are actually guided arrows for the proper entrance, but I've been tripped up by the other road. I'm not pointing any fingers at the establishment. Just sharing this tidbit. The ice cream was pretty decent.

I needed to place a large order and the app was malfunctioning. I volunteered to provide breakfast for the staff at my daughter’s school. Courteously I wanted to order ahead so I wouldn’t be an inconvenience, but technology intervened. I called the store and spoke with Dolce. She took care of everything for me and had it ready to go almost as soon as I arrived. Thank you for helping me process this so smoothly when technology failed! Dolce was professional, helpful and amazing to interact with!

Most of the time i come here, they always forget items that i ordered. I mean how do you not include nuggets in a happy meal? Then when i come back to get the missing item, they don’t even apologize.

Pass this McDonalds and go to the next closest one. I only gave one star because I could not give zero. Every time I ever went we are told to park whether it be for dinks, nuggets, or fries. Last time I checked these items were a part of the BASIC menu.Their solution is to park every car even though their parking areas are inot convenient at all for their customers.I understand people don’t care about service but get out of fast food if you don’t know how to run a store.

As usual mc Dee's gets order wrong.Food was ok.But I was hungry...Need new or trained staff here.

The first thing that I was asked was if I was going to be using the app today. I then decided to open the application to look at the deals. They then proceeded to tell me their systems were down and they were only taking cash and I could not use my rewards or deals. I pulled up to the window and they told me it would be $4 after telling me it would be $8 at the window. I thought that they were going to make right of the system issues that is completely out of my control. They didn't.Very kind individual at the window but still didn't do the right thing.In other words I was told cash only and no discounts via deals/rewards allowed although the first thing they asked for was if I was going to be using my rewards...

Don’t bother with you’re FREE birthday item that is offered in the McDonald’s app. I was charged for mine anyway once I went through the drive thru. They were asking me for extra money, which I couldn’t figure out why since I paid in the app. Nobody could explain it until I saw my receipt with the Apple Pie charge; even though I showed them it being free in the app! Then received the classic line, “there’s nothing I can do.” For a huge chain the management seems pretty powerless over a lot of things.
