Can't really complain too much about the golden arches here. Staff is usually very friendly, this particular location from my experience rarely ever screws up my order through the drive-thru unlike others.The only reason I give them four stars instead of five is because I'm still not happy that they have vanished all day breakfast and not brought it back. And the original reason they got rid of it or stop doing it a couple of years ago was allegedly due to covid. But yet they still have not brought it back. Otherwise everything is great.
I used my points on my app for a free chicken sandwich and had no idea what I was doing but the girl working the drive-thru was very helpful and patient as she explained to me how to use it. I was very relieved and a little surprised because lately I have felt that alot of the "younger generation" wasn't taught good customer service. She was awesome though! Ty
Very pleasant employees at the drive thru. Quick service too, normally you don't find that at McDonalds. I'm surprised.
Person attending the window had a attitude when he offered me drinks they had and not what I ordered before gettingto the window. Definitely not someone who cares for there job...sirry whoever has to work with that dude
Coffee was lukewarm and too sweet. BOGO breakfast sandwiches were misrepresented ending in my order being 2x more expensive than I expected. When I get fries they're usually limp and well on their way to being cold. I always forget to order w/o salt so they'd be fresh.
Absolutely nasty experience sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I asked for all my items to be fresh and that request was denied. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that has denied that request. Want be going back to this one for sure
French fries were hot for once. But I’ve been living in this area for about 4 months now and they have not 1 time given me my order correctly. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 am or 1pm they have messed my food up every time.
McDonald's is really yummy. And, you might say "but it's not healthy". Well guess what. Almost all fast fool like Wendy's and Chick-fil-A, that's not healthy either. But you still eat there. But anyway, sometimes their fries can be a little soggy but other that that it's a really good restaurant, not just that location. But yeah... You should really try it out.
Why 2 stars? First they took 23 minutes since I place the order on the app for curbside pickup. When the order was brought to the the car I tried to make sure that everything I ordered was in the bag and exactly how I ordered it. Well the employee stopped and told me I order a lot and it was in the bag, then I proceeded to check as he left and I see that out of the 80 nuggets I order I did received 1 single BBQ sauce!!!! What!!! Then I see 2 ranch sauces and I didn't order those, I felt they were laughing at me by doing that! I also noticed no napkins, spent $50 on nuggets and fries and NO NAPKINS????? WHY, WHY??? They want $15 hour...
Whether I go in person or if I get it delivered through DoorDash/Uber Eats, my order is without fail somehow messed up. Either it’s incorrectly made or items are just missing completely, and since this isn’t some cheap old fast food anymore, I’m a bit upset about not getting 2 $6+tax burgers ??
