Even when this Micky D's is busy they perform in an efficient manner .......polite and very quick getting your order to you!!
Early morning (~2AM) visit. Long wait for car in front to get order. Fries were excellent; hot and fresh. Sweet tea though was old and had that slight off taste that it can get when it's been too long since it was made when sweetened.
My drive-thru experience at this location has been good to excellent until my last visit. Ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins, 3 hash browns, 2 apple fritters and a caramel frappe. Was given the frappe at the pickup window but had to wait for the rest, I presume because of the fritters. I didn't mind because I really like the fritters. Got home and discovered I had 3 Canadian bacon mcmuffins and NO APPLE FRITTERS. I raced back and went inside and was told my receipt said 3 egg mcmuffins and that meant canadian bacon... I did not know that, and honestly didn't always get a receipt or look at it when I did. Now I know better. Then I was told that the breakfast menu was closed and I was offered lunch. I might have accepted but I wouldn't be able to get the apple fritters that were what I really wanted. What happened to the apple fritters that were ordered and not given to me less than 10 minutes before? Did they just toss them or did they give them to someone else? What I also found annoying was that the young man at the counter told me that if they took the food back, they'd have to discard it. I'm pretty sure he thought he was being helpful and informative but I really didn't care what they did with food I didn't want and expressed that in a not do pleasant tone. My apologies to the young man. Anyway I just asked for my money back which means I got the caramel frappe fir my troubles. Know that if you order at the drive-thru ALWAYS ask for the receipt and if it doesn't say EXACTLY what you said, you should ask and then still check what's in the bag before leaving.
This location is getting worst knowing that there is teenager making food and don't care about how to make it is pity that the so called managers aren't even training them right I order a quarter pounder deluxe and all I get is the bread beef patty mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. Sad when it shows it with onion pickles cheese lettuce tomato. So sad and they wantt to get paid 16 dollars an hour. Smh!!!?
I waited in line for 20 extra minutes to get the remainder of my order which was simply a hot apple pie. I told the manager there that I was not happy and I would like another apple pie for my wait. The manager's response to me was that I did not pay for the additional apple pie I only paid for one and she apologizes for my wait. I used to be a store manager and I find that her quality in providing customer service satisfaction was very poor. Her staff in the back was joshing around while customers on the inside were waiting for a ridiculous amount of time to receive their orders as opposed to going through drive-thru which appeared to be going faster at that time. If I see her face again she will not be using my hard-earned dollars to make business plan for that day.
Best thing about McDonald's is there consistency. Distance to be in my go to McDonald's close to home are usually quick in with a long line never really had any issues with them and the staffs always been nice.
