Marco’s Pizza has never failed to deliver excellent customer service to each guest that walks through the door. The employees work hard in the kitchen to serve you the best tasting pizza of all time!! Every time I visit there Marco’s is kept tidy and clean, i never have to worry about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Marco’s Pizza also gives you options on their menu if you aren’t really feeling pizza including: subs, chicken wings, and freshly cut salads for everyone to enjoy! Marco’s also makes sure the prices of their delicious cuisines are affordable and accurate for every customer out there! I would 100% recommend Marco’s Pizza to any of my peers for the fantastic experience they provided me with!! ?
Steak sandwiches are delicious. Pizza is decent but if you do want marina sauce on your pie you should ask for "extra"sauce on or else it's dry.We have ordered two nights in a row with order confirmed, when we arrive they say that or order was lost and hurry to make our food. Bad experience back to back and no Adult in sight to talk to
If you are going to charge a 6$ delivery fee make sure my order is correct before taking it to my house. Contacted the store manager “Z” and stated with a horrible attitude that they cannot do anything about it even though it was the stores fault how funny. Will for sure not be ordering anything from this location!!
Last Friday ordered 2 pies , was shocked on how horrible it was, asked for light tomato sauce, put extra on it! Asked extra cheese, nothing. Place used to be good, customer service non existent. Not going back, I gave them 4 stars when it opened. Removed it

I have to rate 1 star for the following reasons:1/ I ordered online & got confirmation from Marco's Pizza but after 20 minutes to go to pickup it said no order, and I had to show my email to the staff at check it out and they just started doing it..And it took me more time to wait for the order.2/ The attitude of most of the staff here is very unprofessional, it can be said to offend customers with unacceptable gestures, words and actions.
They got our order wrong. Took the lady a while to take the order on the phone but when it was delivered it was still wrong. I'm not sure what is happening with Marcos lately but I feel like their service has gone downhill.
Decent quick pizza. Think better dominoes. Check their website for coupons.
I gave it a one star due to the fact I couldn’t give my oder to the person on the phone without getting an attitude from the girl on the phone and I definitely don’t want her taking my order or making my food god only knows what she’ll do to it and there was no need to an attitude all I asked why my total was so high she quoted me a price for chicken wings and said they were 7.99$, there’s a picture on their Google maps that shows their menu and it says that their chicken wings are 5.99$ And she got all upset for no reason and then told me my pizza was $11 which came out to $13 I get it toppings and what not but there’s no need for attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work there get somebody new to take orders quick fast and in a hurry you will be continue to lose customers because of her attitude. This is for the lil girl that answered the phone, and to the manager please hire someone who would be happy work there even if it is a pizza joint
Extremely long wait, 100+ minutes for one pizza, only to have them forget the dipping sauce and the crust toppings. If I’m gonna pay $20 for one pizza, at least get it right. I only gave them an extra star because the driver was courteous.
