Asked for fresh pizzas to be made because the ones there looked dry. I waited only about 10 to 15 minutes. The boxes sat on the counter and then when it was given to me, the bottom box was cold, but the building was cold so I didn't think anything about it. When we got home all the pizzas were cold and one of the pies looked like the same old pizza I said I didn't want.Didn't eat any of it. My kids usually eat any kind of pizza I bring home. I still have 3 pies left after 4 hours. It'll be in the trash shortly.
THIS OWNER/FRANCHISEE SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSED HIS STAFF IS HORRIBLE CANT PAY ATTENTION TO TICKETS OR INGREDIENTS ON THIER PIZZA , CANT KEEP UP WITH HOT AND READY OR SPECIAL ORDERS EARLY ON A SATURDAY MOR WORRIED ABOUT THEIR PLANS WHEN THERE OFF AND THE MUSIC PLAYING OM THIER HEAD PHONES OR SPEAKER THEN THERE JOB!!!!! PIZZA UNDERCOOKED WRONG TOPPING CANT GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE ON A CALL IN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO LAUNCH RETRAINING TO THIS OWNER AND HIS WORTHLESS STAFF NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR WORK ETHIC AND PERFORMANCE. ABSOLUTELY WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!!
I went to pick up my order# 319 on 5/10/22 from the pizza portal which was empty when it opened. I advised the employee and she told me there was no order for me. I saw the same items I ordered in another slot and advised her. She insisted there was no order for me and began giving me attitude. I showed her the receipt. She then attempted to give me (incorrect) items that were on the hot and ready rack which I declined. She then finally realized my order was in fact in the wrong slot and just set it on the table and walked away. Very poor customer service by this employee.
Honestly, horrible customer services, nobody ever at the counter, cooks are walking around stoned or drunk or both, pulling their pants up half the time…. A quick pic up turned into a 30 min wait
My pizza had a piece of cooked cardboard in the crust n the breadsticks where ghost white n mushy not cooked n did not deliver the sauce for them which was in my order. I didn't even bother to call cause it was so bad I'll never order here again.
I ordered breadsticks and when I got home to eat them they weren’t fully cooked and still had dough in them.
They don't answer the phone, but handle customer service in person well. I have only had a few mishaps from here, but almost every time have hot, delicious pizza from this location.
Place has really gone down...poor customer service, the pizzas always have some issues got undercooked pizza 2 times and have had to drive back both times I've gave this place chances because it's close to the house but I'll drive and extra 10 mins and drive to the one in gibsonton.
Not sure of the little girl at the front but, management need to train them a little BETTER. She was like a little kid n school, going back to talk about a customer that was simply trying to order. And we didn't order because of the inconsistency and unprofessional cashier.
I ordered this pizza over 45 minutes ago I stop by after I received the email and the guy at the counter told me that pizza is no ready and it will take 10 to 20 minutes. What a joke, I can't believe the way this guy get trained to deal with customers they have no manners or respect for people at all. I'm very disappointed with this pizza place.
