Got 2 shakes, mint oreo and chocolate. I asked about the doggy ice cream for my pup and the employees explained they were out, but gave me a little whipped cream for my pupper. Shakes were very tasty ?
It's not often that you get good HOMEMADE ice cream. Usually it's selling someone's branded ice cream like Working Cow ice cream. Lots of the steadfast flavors so you should be able to find your flavor! They offer shakes and coffee as well. Don't let this place go under, it's a true Gem for Riverview that usually just gets a lot of branded food. (Chains)
We just want to share how much we Absolutely Love Kimi's Ice Cream and Staff!!! Delicious, fresh and so many varieties! As well as caring staff... I slammed my thumb getting out of the car and my bro asked for some ice and the girls quickly made me an ice pack!! Thank you!! We will be back and oh yeah, super Kid Friendly!!!
Poor customer service. There’s a wide variety of ice cream flavors; however, you are rushed by the employees that you have no time to look through all the flavors. We bought 6 ice cream cones and were rushed the entire time. As I was selecting my kids ice cream, one employee asked what I wanted on it and immediately the other employee asked what I wanted on the next one. It would of been nice I was able to order 1 cone at a time. Didn’t even have time to order toppings for our ice cream. After I paid, the 2 young employees immediately sat down behind the counter and pulled their phones out. That explains why we were rushed. They wanted us to hurry up so they can go on their phones.
This place is the best! Soooo much to choose from, not just ice cream flavors, but banana splits, sundaes, shakes, etc. Had the best banana split here and the employees were so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend, can't go wrong taking your family out for ice cream, its a win for everyone! Def a local gem.
I don’t know why the review before me mentioned the employees on their phones…I’ve never seen any of those ladies do anything except be amazing employees. They have multiple people working on your order so as to expedite the orders and take care of the many customers that frequent the store. Maybe don’t act like you and your kids are the only customers in the world, and stop assuming that teenagers are just on their phones all the time. Sheesh.
Fantastic ice cream & excellent service. My only complaint was that I wasn’t able to leave a tip on my credit card as the employees said they can only accept cash tips. You should definitely look into turning on that option so your employees can be rewarded for giving excellent service!
A nice, quite little ice cream shop. Enjoyed the variety of flavors available.Note: If you have fidgety kids like mine, the chairs are very light. My 4 year old sat herself too far forward and fell.
