The worst kfc. Went there and waited in line for 20 minutes yesterday. The line didn't move. People kept leaving cause they weren't being waited on. Then my husband tried to go there again today and give them a second chance. They barely put any Mashed potatoes in the famous bowl. It was mainly corn. They also didn't give us our mac n cheese or cookie. HORRIBLE PLACE
Unfortunately I had a pick up order and I sent my son in to grab the order he waited a couple of moment he told me the lady confirmed the order which was 8 original and 8 tender fill up meal. I live about 20 minutes away and I picked up my order at 8:25 as soon as I got home and checked the bag the tenders were missing. I prefer not to give a bad review but unfortunately i tried calling and it was busy so I couldn't speak to someone to allow me to address my concerns.
I went for soecific reason to get mac n cheese decided to do a meal instead that included the above sides.I thought after the rude non greeting customer service from lady at window they would get the order right.I get home to the other side of Riverview and have a nagging 2 yesr old that doesn't understand why im not serving her her mac and cheese. I should have know from prior visits Rude employees missing items you pay for at window is thier #1 Rule !!! I dont know what happened with KFC management i mean higher management has to get involved re training customer service / managment much needed. Its unfair with gas prices and no time to waste im not driving back but i am FEED up , to top it off PHONE rings busy.Well no more Riverview KFC for us!!
I ordered a pick up meal around 1:00 scheduled to be picked up at 5:15. Next thing I know, I'm getting an alert saying my meal is ready and it was only 1:22. I tried to call them, but all I ever got was a busy signal. All I know is when I get there, my meal better be freshly made, or it's going to be some smoke in the city.
Why haven't yall opened back up the lobby so people can come in and do business? Super frustrating especially when there is a long line and I'm missing something from my order the I gotta get back in the drive thru long line again. Bring back the $5 meal deals please! That at least made it worth it to wait on that line.
WORST CHICKEN TENDERS EVER!! Inedible!Rubbery and dried out. Biscuits were dried out. Both must have been sitting after cooked for hours. Never going back to this location!
Reduced my previous rating. I hear one of workers say to another worke,. "We are out of cookies." I ordered a fill up which is supposed to come with a cookie. My question is why did they feel it was ok to still change me the full price for the fill up and send me on my way without the cookie. Meal should be less or you could have substituted the cookie from something else. Customer Service is definitely lacking because they seemed fully aware the order was missing the cookie, but still sent me on my way. Hopefully next time will be better, but I'm in no rush to go back.
This store definitely need people trained in customer service and being respectful to others. Also, they are drive thru only which is good, but they are supposed to open at 11, however, they open whenever they want to. I have arrive at 11-11:10am and been told they open at 11:30-11:40am. When I asked why, the lady had an attitude and say they open when they are able to open. The worst thing is I get to window and noticed the manager is wearing the headphones so she was either the one that took the order or at least was listening and didn't care. The manager was the one to hand out my food. She didn't say a word to me and didn't include plastic utensils or napkins so I assume she eats with her fingers and use her clothes for cleaning lol and also got my order wrong as I paid an upcharge to get mac n cheese instead of mashed potatoes and didn't. Also was missing the chocolate chip cookie. The store needs help and it has to show on their numbers because how can you go back to that.
The biscuits are hard as a rock and tasteless. The mashed potatoes are clearly some type of powdered concoction. The gravy has no flavor. The coleslaw is overly sweet and not fresh. The chicken is okay but not what it used to be. Overall, this restaurant and all KFC locations have gone way down on their standards.
Ordered two big box meals and only got 1out of 2 fries 1 out of 2 mac n cheese no cookies and the wrong drinks. This particular kfc is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t care weather you get your full prefer or not. Never go here choose another restaurant.
