We just had our first experience and it did not disappoint! Husband had the sausage and I had the grouper sandwich. Super delicious! We will be returning to try the brisket, it smelled delicious but wasn’t quite ready when we arrived. I highly recommend this diamond in the tough with the beautiful view.
I was going to get half rack of ribs, I discussed and opted to size up to full rack. SO glad I did. It was delicious. Best, most tender rack or ribs that Ive had in years. Smoke was perfect. Tender and falling off the bone. I chose to try both sweet sauce and the spicy sauce and combined they were perfect for me. Either alone would have been good too. I chose to try the corn fritters. Perfect fry on them and the cinnamon and brown sugar butter dip was really good with the fritters.My husband had the fried grouper sandwich and he said the fry on that was perfect too. The only note is we’d ask for crispy for the French Fries next time.This place is on the Alafia and the beer shed is right next door. Really relaxing meal on the water. Nothing fancy at all, shorts and flips casual with boat docking.
The food was good, quiet atmosphere, and ice cold beer. Very nice afternoon, but finding parking is a little bit of a struggle
Delicious, delicious food! I’ve tried the alligator, grouper, & burger here. ALL amazing & great prices. Go here sundays and enjoy the water & have a drink at the beer shed next door!
Best bbq I ever tasted! Brisket, Gator bites, Chicken wings, Ribs all cooked to perfection. I even stopped by for breafast the next morning and had my 1st better than hardees biscuits and gravy along with, "What!" smoked corned beef with poatatoes. It made our day! I heard about this place up north and can say if anyone is remotely in the Tampa area.....They should stop by!!! Thank You Jimmy Jo's!!

Nice place to eat on the river! Boat and car accessible. Food was good and reasonably priced and the people there are nice!
This is such a relax place to just sit outside and enjoy the view with some BBQ in front of you.
I purchased a rack of ribs, collared greens and the Bang Bang Shrimp. Prices are reasonable, friendly service and they're using Hickory for flavor. Try the Bang Bang Shrimp, very flavorful.
