I've ordered twice now lately. One order was via Doordash. The food was perfect when it arrived. This time, I ordered carryout. The special instructions were correct and the food was excellent. I get the impression that the staff really cares. Thanks guys, I've really been enjoying the food and will keep ordering.
Ordered from Uber eats on 03/24/22 at 10:30 pm. Couldn’t be more disgusted with the way they cooked and prepared my food. Missing a whole item. They burned the hash browns and gave me half a of a piece of bacon. They literally hid the hash brown under my steak because of how burnt it was. I’m very disgusted and probably won’t ever eat ihop again.
Customer service is the worst. Not the first or second time. So who ever the last person was that messed up my order of over 30.00 for my daughter and I, I let it slide since the person who claimed to be the manager said she would do it the next time and no change. I made a point of taking the omelette up there so they could see it. Well today I call to order. Going to try this one more time. Some of the rudest people ever. And for them then to say their “Manager was too busy”. Yeap you will NEVRR ever have to worry about seeing my money note anyone I can get this message out to. I know y’all are wriggling for business. I drive pass twice a day. Your workers are driver your would be customers away.
The service was excellent and good came in an average and decent amount of time.. but someone do this place a favor and bring some seasonings for the kitchen. The food was so bland that it just wasn't worth the calories. Even the bacon, fruit toppers, hamburger meat, EVERYTHING flavorless. The onions and the tea tasted great at least. ? And THANK YOU CELESTE for the excellent service!!
Not sure why anyone would give this place a bad review? It's brand new. Therefore very clean. They seated us in 1 minute. Had our drinks on the table in 3 minutes, and our food was on the table 5 minutes after we ordered. It was Wednesday at 12 noon. So we will be coming back. Good service, chain quality food
one of the cleaner ihops we have been to but that's probably because it's a new one. had high hopes for it because we haven't been in a long time. after we were sat down we had to ask if we had a server after about 20 minutes of no one coming to ask for our drink order. somebody came by and said "sorry i sent for your server but i guess i'll just take you". after taking our order and drinks, it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. food was okay.
Sirloin tips with eggs is phenomenal. Service is decent. Long waits on weekends and holidays. I think the food and service could be more consistent but hey what do I know? I only visit the place 3 days a week. Until a better place comes to town, IHOP takes my money...
Do not Reccomend, Came in Seated quickly, Then saw servers slowly serving food to many tables, many servers walking around us, ten minutes passed no one acknowledged us, then family got seated at a booth within Two minutes a server stopped by their table, had to pass our table to get to them so we got up and left, told the receptionist up front , Sadley about a year ago had a similar experience at this same IHOP on Bloomingdale in Brandon we decided give them a second chance , score a zero, maybe all the people at the front desk need to communicate to servers that people are waiting and servers need to acknowledge people even if it isn't their station called better service.We then went to Wooden Spoon diner great service from entering to being serve, by much older servers.

The new IHOP just opened. Standard menu and friendly service. Breakfast served all day long at a reasonable price. Older crowd but friendly to all ages.
