Angie is an amazing server! She was so sweet and made sure our table was super clean and that we had everything we needed. All of the food was absolutely delicious! Angie was so polite and fantastic.I believe we also saw the manager taking care of the to-go orders and he did a great job of greeting all of the customers as we came in and making sure we all had what we needed in a timely manner.Can't wait to come back!
Excellent service, even the place was packed, waiting time reasonable, super clean, meal was hot & waitress so friendly, highly recommend!!!
This one is well established. Has dining areas on both sides. When I came in no one was at the front station to help me, but the kitchen is right behind that. One of the cooks caught my attention right away and acknowledged that I was there and told me someone will be right with me. Now that's the way you treat customers it doesn't matter what's your position.
Burnt chicken, burnt waffles, forgot the hash browns but after receiving the food, didn’t want it. They got 1 server for the entire restaurant, if you can’t hire or staff for your business close the lobby. Restaurant management 101, the gm should be embarrassed
Bloomingdale store: despite being a weekend at almost noon we had a short wait of 15 minutes, which was way shorter than other locations. Food was great and the kitchen was absolutely fantastic with their speed. Friendly staff, definitely worth driving 15 extra minutes even if we have a location closer to our house.
Customer service is the worst. Not the first or second time. So who ever the last person was that messed up my order of over 30.00 for my daughter and I, I let it slide since the person who claimed to be the manager said she would do it the next time and no change. I made a point of taking the omelette up there so they could see it. Well today I call to order. Going to try this one more time. Some of the rudest people ever. And for them then to say their “Manager was too busy”. Yeap you will NEVRR ever have to worry about seeing my money note anyone I can get this message out to. I know y’all are wriggling for business. I drive pass twice a day. Your workers are driver your would be customers away.
the country fried steak and eggs was delicious and tender. I enjoyed the service and the staff who worked there as well as their ability to communicate with one another and their tables. The establishment was very clean as well.
This was a great experience for getting food to go. I really wish I could tell the name if the person who helped me. She was very professional and courtesies. I orderd 4 breakfast to go and it was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and the order was correct.
Whenever my fiancé and I dine in here the food is always fantastic. Today we ordered to go for the first time. The harvest nut pancakes were small and thin compared to normal and the eggs were overcooked (scrambled eggs were chewy and eggs ordered over easy were over well) I guess we know better now.
There was not much mood the one night I've been. Other than that my friends and I's server was great and blessed my pancakes with some great toppings like some other syrup I don't know what its called to be real. But the place was nice and clean, our server was helpful with our order, and of course, I am happy to say they have some of the best breakfast food I've had in quite a while.
