I am just shocked! ? A call center overseas answers when you call to order food! I have always ordered things with pineapple added. Now, they say they don’t do that and never have. They refused to complete our order if we didn’t pay with a debit/credit card. We’ve always paid with cash. So, we ordered from somewhere else. ??♀️
Worst customer service ever. They'll deliver your food to the wrong house and say they delivered it. Theyll suggest your a liar when you say thats impossible as the address has not changed in the last 2 years of ordering from there, and rather than make it right, offer to remake your food and have you come get it regardless of the advance tip and delivery fee you get charged. Dont order from here, waste of patience.
Terrible!! Dined in. Ordered, pizza, salad, steak sub and bone-in wings. Asked if the wings were spicy. Was told no. Salad was delivered promptly and was good. That was it. Waited for 15 minutes. Finally asked about the rest of our food. Found it had been sitting on the takeout counter. Wings were spicy as hell. Steak sub came in pizza dough like a calzone. Steak was dry and tasteless. Pizza was doughey. Sauce was sour. Asked for a manager. She pointed to a picture and said that's how our subs come. She offered boneless wings to replace the spicy bone-in ones. They came and tasted like balls of breading with mushy chicken. Overall a terrible experience. We'll never go back.
All nasty little girls that work here . Having ghetto people pulling up hanging out in the parking lot and in and out . Half the females there can’t even talk proper and have attitude and surrounds by scums
dont recommended , better option go buy frozen pizza from Walmart or 7eleven
I ordered over the phone and was given a 20 minute wait for 2 medium pizzas and bread sticks. Price is okay for 2 topping but almost everything other than pepperoni is an additional price. The outside was clean of most debris. When we got to the drive thru we waited almost 7 minutes and no employee came to the window, we thought maybe we had to go in, by the time we tried to open the door and realized there was someone in there we went back to the drive thru and there were 3 cars ahead of us. We ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes which was frustrating, the employee could have simple told us to wait at the window. We got out pizza and drove off unfortunately the pizza was just warm at that point. I am not sure if that was the only employee that night but he did the best he could. Any other time we have gone they have at least 4 employee that we can see. Over all location is good, pizza tastes great, and service is usually good.
My overall experience with this location was horrible! Order a pizza from somewhere else. Ordered food and the order was incorrect and the food was cold and spoke with the manager And they could care less! So again Horrible pizza, horrible Customer Service and Horrible management!
Food fresh and hot like I like it. Black young man very courteous and kind. My visit was 8:00/9:00 pm and drive thru was the service I used. Keep the great work up.
I placed an order for pizza to be delivered for dinner for me and my family. I then called to change the order & something happened that they lost the order. The time for the pizza to be delivered was due and it wasn't delivered. I called 20 minutes later & they couldn't find the order then I had to wait 15-20 minutes on the phone for them to fix it and now I have to wait another 30-45 minutes for the pizza while my kids are running around hungry I don't know about you but when I'm hungry and I don't eat I get hangry I'm hangry right now. The manager said sorry and apologized vaguely obviously but didn't reimburse us for not even some cinnamon breadsticks this is the place where I have been buying pizza for a long time it's time for me to find another place to buy pizza. Whatever you do guys if you place your order online you're better off calling because these people can't get it together horrible customer service.
Delivery is not the greatest but the traffic in riverview is utterly ridiculous thanks to idiots in county government. Food is 50/50 sometimes good sometimes not so good. Had issues in past with double billing debit card, burnt pizza, 2 1/2 hour delivery times etc. It part of the benefits of living in the bay area.
