This place has an excellent menu with delicious seasonal selections that have yet to disappoint. This is a favorite place of mine to visit when I am looking for flavorful breakfast. Servings sizes are filling! Staff is friendly and welcoming even when busy.
Very disappointed. Every other location has THE BEST kale tonics. I drive out of my way specifically to buy this 5$ drink. This location is by the THE WORST. This is supposed to be BRIGHT, and TASTEFUL. Unfortunately this was very muddy looking and didn’t taste ANYTHING like a kale tonic. It was simply brown apple juice. What a complete disappointment and waste of time.

Visiting family in Apollo Beach and this place was suggested for a different and unique breakfast. Let me just say everything was delicious. I had a huge pancake with pecans, eggs, bacon and coffee. The pancake was light, fluffy....and did I say huge! The eggs were fresh and scrumptious and the bacon crispy. Our server was polite and friendly. We wanted breakfast cocktails but unfortunately it was Sunday and early. We got there around 8 am and were seated immediately by the sweetest hostess. I highly recommend if you're ever in Apollo Beach.
Husband just picked me up a to go salad…SUPER fresh, generous portions, and absolutely delicious.

Ate at First Watch first time ever, as never even heard of this place up north! Superseed protein pancakes were delicious! Also had the kale tonic fresh juice, which was amazing.
Service was fast and friendly on this early Sunday morning. Good food but came out lukewarm. My toast tasted like yesterday's leftovers.
My husband and I found the food to be delicious and the service was excellent. I had a sandwich on Artesian bread it was yummy. My husband enjoyed a biscuit and sausage gravy breakfast. We would definitely return to eat there again.
Pretty much everything on the First Watch menu is great (we had the Barbicoa breakfast burrito, Happy Hippie sandwich, Million Dollar bacon and the donut holes. This review is to give kudos to our server, Phillip, who was awesome, made great recommendations and had the best jokes. If Phillip is your server, you will have a great meal.
