DONT USE THE “GUEST” FEATURE ON THEIR APP! The story is a little long so settle in. So this morning I decided that since I couldn’t go celebrate after my kids soccer game the night of, because I had to work I would take them to get donuts the next morning. We’re running a little late and I wanna make sure they’re not late to school so what I went ahead and did was I opened up the app which I barely use I don’t have an account so I sign in as guest and place an order. NOW there are two Dunkin locations nearby to me so I select the one that I want to go to and place my order when I get there there’s a very long line as there always is everyone loves Dunkin! it’s literally in their slogan. When I get to the window the guest feature on the app has already deleted any of my order information after it’s charged to my Apple account and I have no order information and the Dunkin says they don’t have my order since I don’t want my kids to be late to school I say don’t worry about it I pay for another set of donuts and commit that it must’ve gone to the other local store by accident I drop off my children and thought I should go get that other box of donuts I’ll take it to work and my coworkers will enjoy it so I go wait in another long line at Dunkin because everyone loves Dunkin! Now when I get to that window they say THEY don’t have my order after waiting in too long Dunkin lines and being told the same thing and still not having any tracking information but I have now on my on my debit account to charges for the same six donuts yes only six THEY ARE toddlers what am I gonna do we commit to something has gone horribly wrong the manager at this location I don’t know her name steps up at that point I was unreasonable and I know it but they make it right they give me the six donuts and tell me to get on my way but I couldn’t let that be it I had to dig deeper I had to figure out where did my order go after doing some deep dives on my bank account and some Google searches the default guest order went several miles away passed about three Dunkins and landed on the fourth farthest Dunkin from me miles and miles away moral of the story if you use the app don’t use guest it’s a horrible feature!
Thus is the closest location to my house and I dread when my daughter request a donut because this place is BEYOND SLOW!! Drive through, inside it doesn't matter. The owner needs to be ashamed of their speed time. ? one chocolate frosted with sprinkles, average 5-7 minute ordeal and today I added coffer and 24 minutes later!! Isn't coffee and donuts what the business is known for? Go to the one on 301.
Rude sometimes u stand there waiting just for them to know u there and yet nothing they always making sure drive thru is done first donuts are hard cause the air open cases
the worst Dunkin’ ever. the staff is just condescending teenagers who don’t wanna be here. Literally when I went to place an order the girl gave the side eye look like I had done something wrong, it’ll take them 30 minutes to make your order no matter how small it is, and somehow people who ordered LARGER orders AFTER you placed yours will get their food first, please save your time and dont come here
The best place on earth if your a donut fan I recommend this to you 100% this place is awesome without this I would struggle getting up in the morning and the donuts really help me get up and stay happy most of the time I'm not like that.
Nice Dunkin inside of the gas station. Staff was all very busy, and very helpful to customers. Their donuts all looked delicious, they helped many customers, and were all working very quickly. Thank you to the employees who made my breakfast and coffee's today.
The slowest drive through experience that I've ever had. We waited more than 15 minutes in the line. My sandwich was just thrown together and my husband's order was wrong. Our hashbrowns were ice cold. People were leaving the drive through line because it was taking so long. Terrible experience and we will never go back.
This is the worst Dunkin’ doughnuts I’ve ever been too. The only thing they have going for them is the are consistent with being terrible.
Been living next to this Dunkin for 5 months now and it is extremely understaffed, order is usually wrong and food comes out cold half the time. Ivette is the only good part about this place. Whoever owns this place needs to hire more workers and put more people to work, it desperately needs it.
For some reason it took two people to serve one gentleman. But by the time I got up there I got my food and didn't have to wait long.
