This location has the slowest most incompetent unprofessional don't give a s*** employees out of all Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. No acknowledgment ever even when they know you're waiting for something they just stare at you while they stand there doing nothing. Meanwhile on the weekends their drive-thru wraps all the way around the entire plaza and blocks people off from going into other businesses. In all honesty this location needs to be shut down either that or fire everybody and close the drive-thru off.
I came through the drive through and Destiny was so nice!!! She was super sweet and her kindness made my day. The service was really quick as well. Great service all around :))
I've never had too many bad experiences with DD, this store was clean and my coffee was hot. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant.
I wish i could rate 0 stars.. this "Jamie" is unfriendly and cold. I ordered a brealfast sandwich and a latte and botg were not only incorrect, but when I brought them and my reciept back the manager continued to look me up and down, roll their eyes, and give me attitude. I was understanding and kind as I also work in food service, and I even tipped despite the service. Will never be coming back here again.
I wish there was an option for "0 Stars". I've noticed a change in management. This Jamie person definitely shouldn't be managing anyone. While others are working during a rush, she stands around on her phone. A friend of mine said he seen her go outside twice in one hour for, assuming, a smoke break. I can see this place losing good employees all because of her. Even though I get amazing service in the morning, I may not come back, so long she is around.
I know Dunkin’ is pretty busy in the morning but if you don’t have the walk in part open, they should cancel Mobil (online)ordering. I don’t want watered down iced coffee and cold food because the drive thru line is 30 cars long and you can’t walk in to get your food. By the time I get to the window everything is cold and watered down.
Attempted to walk in today to grab a dozen donuts...I was turned away in the lobby and was told I could only submit a mobile order. Really??? A brick and mortar quick-service donut shop and one has to download an app and submit an order just to walk in?? If they are too busy to handle walk in patrons, what is the point. Do better Dunkin' Donuts.
It is truly the slowest Dunkin’ I have visited, it is moving in slow motion with their line backed up to the door. The manager locked the door at 10am to let them catch up ? unrealI ordered in store 20 min ago and I’m still waiting for food

Worst breakfast sandwich I’ve had at a Dunkin Donuts. Everyone is in slow motion there like they’re all pretending they started today. Weird vibe. Tons of workers. Slower than slow service.
