Never stocked always running out of food or getting my food incorrect need new cashiers and managers that know how to properly order food for the store Won’t be back every time I go I wouldn’t recommend
Staff was very friendly and smiling, they were working fast to get the breakfast rush through as quickly as possible. Had a minor issue with my order which turned out was on me and they still fixed it quickly and kindly.
I RARELY leave a bad review…. the young blonde is (for lack of better words) RUDE. For now on I will go out of my way to a different Dunkin. It’s embarrassing having someone like that represent your business.
Staff cld have been a little more pleasant, but overall my coffee was excellent and service was quick
The people who work the drive through at 6AM are incredibly cheerful and polite. It's freaking 6AM! Love this place because of them.
I literally walked in to get my mobile order and there were about five employees who said nothing to me. Saw me standing there and still didn’t say anything. No greeting no nothing. Very annoying that customer service is not a thing any more these days. The workers look annoyed and like they don’t want to be there and the place looks dirty. Very dissatisfied always with this place.
This is the worst cup of coffee that I haven gotten from Dunkin’ Donuts. I will not be returning to this location again!
Waited 30 minutes between placing my order, being told to pull up to the bicycle racks and sitting patiently in my car for them to bring me my order. Walked up to the lobby to see what’s going on and the door was locked. Drive back to the window and Sherise told me “we didn’t forget about you.” I told her I’d been waiting for 30 minutes already and wanted a refund. She told me “we’ll bring you your order in a few.” Again I told her I wanted a refund and not the coffee. I asked to speak with her manager, she got a woman named Alisha who I assume is the manager. Instead of Alisha explaining that they’re short staffed and apologize for the wait and inconvenience, she just went straight to the register to refund me. I asked for the number to corporate and she told me that she couldn’t give it out. I asked for her DM’s name and she wouldn’t give me that information either. So here i am.I hate to be that person leaving poor reviews for those that are working really hard during these complicated times, but if you’re a manager you know that no matter what, you treat your customers with respect.I will find out who the DM is and file this complaint. It’s ridiculous for a customer to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee.
The staff is always nice there. Avoid the drive through at all costs when they renovated the area they created a bottleneck for people to get in and out. It's a ridiculous mess in the morning..
