Ordered a Carmel craze ice coffee and when the lady handed it to me it didn’t have caramel on top with the cinnamon I told her there’s no caramel and she said oh my god really and turned around shook her head and walked away. I said I don’t want it I want my money back. The cashier even said to the manager she was rude to this customer and the manager never even apologize.
DISGUSTING WASTE OF MONEY. I used to come here and it was actually good before. idk what happened but the last 3 times i completely wasted my money. i explained my coffee over three times in the drive through , and not only did they still get it wrong but also had grounds in my coffee! and when i went in to have them respectfully correct it they acted as if i told them something wrong lol like i work for dunkin donuts too I know how the system works and I Def know how to order my own drink lmao. this last time that I came today I had a free coffee from my app from my loyalty rewards but I litteraly threw the whole thing out! i also ordered a scoop of ice scream and they gave me like half a melted scoop. DO NOT COME HERE ! save your time and save your money TRUST ME . Go to the one accross the street of publix on 301 its next to wendys ?? I only gave one star because of the non exinsistant 0 star option and thats just honesty.

Could not make order due to broken machine. Then why take the order? Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
I can't remember the last time that I had a good coffee from DD, at least at this location.
Service was quick and coffee was good but gave me wrong breakfast item in my order.

Customer service sucked! Two of the doors were locked but there were people inside eating so we thought we would try to enter the other door.It was unlocked so we went up to the counter and the employee called us idiots to our face for entering the restaurant when the doors are locked!After that we decided to leave and go to a different restaurant for ice cream, the thing is, there wasn’t sign saying that the lobby was closed!
Quick, friendly service. I like eating there... outside if the weather is nice, but also inside. In addition to donuts, they have other food. E.g a very good chicken croissant sandwich which is great with coffee.
This store is okay but not the greatest. They are usually really slow and seem to always be out of something. It may be due to being short staffed because it seems like they are always training new people but that should not be an excuse for the quality you get.
