Don’t even try delivery from this store. Last week I ordered it took over 2 1/2 hours for delivery. By the time The pizza got to my house everybody had already fallen asleep. I thought I would give them another chance. Because the pizza was good despite being cold. Today so far it’s been 1:45. This is not good when you have hungry kids. I called to change my order to pick up after being on hold for 28 minutes they just hung up on me ! I’m a single father so delivery is convenient. I give it two stars because the pizza was pretty good after heating it up in the oven. I’ll be on the lookout for new pizza delivery options unfortunately.

The pizza is always good, but the "quality check" time is basically never less than 30 minutes. There's absolutely no way "quality checking" a pizza can take half an hour. Therefore the pizza cannot be delivered in a timely manner.I don't know what the problem is with Domino's delivery at this store, but I can't give a better review, when it takes almost an hour and sometimes more than an hour, to deliver a pizza; 1.2 miles from the store.

I’m giving a 5 because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. This is more for management to realize what is going on. I have NEVER had so many toppings on a pizza, so greasy it soaked through the boxes by delivery so much the boxes were wet on the outside. The Philly was slid, which I understand can happen but based on the insane amount of toppings on a thin crust it’s a given. It gave us a good laugh, but wow!!! Maybe check on your pizza makers and make sure they know how much of each item to put on. I called on the last one I ordered a few weeks ago because my chicken pizza had NO chicken and they gave a free one. So maybe they were making up for it? ? order of delivery and actual delivery was in a timely manner.

The food is usually good here but every time I order they are very unprofessional. Sometimes, they forget to ask simple questions like what topping we would like (when I call) and for payment. They also take a long time to deliver, sometimes taking up to 2 hours to deliver the pizza even though the Domino's is just a 5 minute drive from our house. One time, they delivered the wrong order as well. In general the food is high quality but the staff working there is awful.

Waited over an hour for our food on an order that cost over $100 and when we received the food it was not only burnt but also cold. When we attempted to call and rectify the situation the person who answered told us we were wrong and the pizzas were made perfectly because she made them herself. After offering to come and swap our pizzas for fresh ones she said she would only replace one of the five pizzas ordered. When we eventually asked for a manager due to the lack of progress we were making she told us she was the manager and she no longer was going to deal with us and hung up the phone on us. I can not believe the poor service at this location, until they fix they’re unprofessional and disrespectful staff this store will continue to be the WORST around here.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have given this sorry excuse for a pizza place chance after chance after chance. We stopped ordering delivery because they are such a mess they couldn't get it to us under 2 hours nearly EVERY TIME we ordered. On top of that they always forget something. Or we would be told we earned one of their "frees" and we didn't get anything for free. Tonight was the last straw. My kids begged me - personally I don't really like their food all that much - so I agreed. My one kid loves the garlic dipping sauce so I ordered 2 of them with our order. My husband comes home without them. I call the shop they tell me they can't refund it unless the refund the whole order and then recharge me for the order again without the dipping cups - yeah, like I'm sure nothing will go wrong there. And my husband just walked in and told me that the breadbowl he ordered that was not supposed to have onions - was full of onions. That's it. We are done. There's too many other better places to go to that are better quality and service. Don't waste your time or money. It will only end in dissapointment.

After ordering a pizza with the "Tracker" feature, I noticed that the pizza had been in the "Quality Check" stage for almost half an hour after done. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said it may take up to an hour and a half to two hours more to have it delivered. She stated that deliveries can take up to 4 hours or more, which I find ludicrous. I hope the owner reads this.

I'm about as patient as you can get when it comes to food service because I know from experience how many things can go wrong with any given order, but we've had consistently poor experiences with this store for the past two years and somehow their service is still getting worse. They hardly ever answer the phone and deliveries take forever. We were feeling very optimistic this evening with our order, as the app tracker showed they made the food and got it out the door quickly. The driver showed up close to the time predicted, but then handed me the wrong order with no receipt. Turns out they left the store without our order. The driver left, made another stop, and then came back 25 minutes later with our order (I was trying to call the store the entire time and got no response); everything was completely cold since it was the same food that had been out of the oven and sitting for about 50 minutes. Again, no receipt. They also forgot part of the order. We have continued to struggle with this store because the local pizza shops within delivery range have all gone under during the pandemic, but I can't imagine patronizing this location again unless they change management. Also, it would be great if they explained to their drivers how "no-contact" delivery is supposed to work, because they can't seem to figure that out either.

Seriously the WORST pizza I have had in years.I tried Dominions in another city recently after years of passing on it, and the pizza was so amazing. So I was genuinely excited to have it try it again. Sadly the whole experience was terrible. I watched on the tracker as my food sat in inspection for 55 minutes. I called the store and I was told not to worry because it was under a heat lamp. Then put me on hold and they never came back. The driver, Paige, was polite and I do not blame her, but the delivered product was terrible.

Ordered a pasta dish. Delivery was quick but there isn't enough pasta to feed a bird! I could count the noodles and see the bottom of the pan! How much does pasta cost them anyway? They can at least fill it up half way!
