I agree that young people work in fast food so that they learn to acquire responsibilities and earn their money, but those young people who work in this store must teach them how customer service works in every way. Whenever I visit this store they have a blast and the orders are never ready until you ask them and they start with attitudes. Owners and managers relearn or release their employees if they want their business to prosper.
I placed a mobile order and lost track of time. When I got there the line was long. I got to the window I was asked to pull into a parking spot. At first I was really frustrated. Bryan(not sure of spelling) came out with my food and said he had it made fresh because my previous order had gotten cold. They were slammed so I want to acknowledge him for taking the time out to make sure my family had hot food. I greatly appreciate you and the team for doing that!
I went to the location 13316 US HWY 301 S. Riverview, FL 33578at 8:59 pm. My boyfriend and I had stopped by the drive thru to grab a couple of blizzards before we went home. I had ordered my blizzard and when my boyfriend started ordering his, the manager, named Chris, was super rude. He had interrupted my boyfriend from ordering and just told us to pull forward. I was really upset with his behavior towards us when we did nothing wrong. We pulled up and had explained to this sweet girl about the situation. I saw Chris in the background mumbling rude remarks, and when I had asked for his name, he had walked away. The sweet girl told us his name and his position at this location. He is the store manager at this location. Chris if you ever read this, you were extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. There was no reason for your behavior and I hope consequences come your way. As a manager, you need to treat everyone with respect no matter the personal problems that are happening to you. To the sweet girl in the drive thru, I wish i could've gotten your name. You were awesome and helped us a lot. Keep up the good work!
I never had problems this place the late 2 week I came last week to get food before work stand i lobby for 10min employee past did not said nothing to me I just walk out. Today I came in about 1 not busy at all I sand in the lobby there was a guy in the back saw me did not said nothing me or the guy in the drive thur I understand you don't have help at less said something i come here all the time never had a problem like this
Food was hot a d fresh and delicious. Recommend the A1 Steak burger. They were also fast and friendly.

This is my favorite area DQ! Only had 1 less than fantastic experience here. Highly recommend the brownie with Oreo Cupfection! Will be back!
The food there is good. We enjoy eating from there but 30.00 is too much for 2 people. I have never spent 30.00 for two of us.
Way too long service wait. Ice cream melted. Forgot my ketchup extra bacon not on burger n asked for no onions. Got onions!
I've only been here once, but I will be coming back many times more. Why? Because my cheeseburger was excellent and, more importantly, my chocolate shake had just the right amount of chocolate-ness and was delicious.
