The restaurant and bathrooms are clean...clean, clean....staff is so friendly and they give 100%. Food was delicious as usual. This is by far my favorite burger place. I had the shrimp and it was yummy. I love the fact that you can get broccoli instead of fries! Thanks everyone for a wonderful lunch experience!
Everything was great, it’s like McDonald’s but better or upgraded. They even have seafood, my only problem was that I found a big piece of plastic in my chilies (looks like something was cut and the plastic felt in the chilies) and I’m wondering if I ate smaller pieces of plastic but didn’t notice because I had to put my chilies in the microwave and maybe they melted in the chilies or something. Other than that the places is really nice.
The service on the drive thru is way to slow. The idea of having 2 ordering screen on the same lane is a waste of money and a waste of time. The custard is always melted. You never get the toppings you order. It make no sense to offer a product with choices if the employee will decide what you get or don't get any way. Not satisfied at all.
Great food yeah it takes a lil longer but it’s made to order so it’s always fresh. If you want fast food go somewhere else where your burger has been under a lamp for hours and ready to hand to you right after you just ordered and paid.
Ice cream was great. Cashier was friendly. Burgers were awful. 3 burgers, all dry. My youngest described his as "like beef jerky". My Mushroom and Swiss had no mushrooms, it was just a dry patty in a bun with swiss melted on it. Will avoid this location in the future.
I’m not sure if it’s the manager , her name is Megan though? She is extremely unprofessional, and very much gave me a racists vibe. I did not feel welcomed at all, ALSO one of the employees their is really nice shes sweet she always meets the customer experience , I’ve overheard Megan and a few other girls there speaking bad about her and again, very unprofessional! I never leave reviews and I never pulled the whole racism card on anyone in my life , but her … I think this place needs to rethink their management ! Immediately! Id hate for other customers to come by and feel as uncomfortable as I did ?
As far as taste one of the best burger joints in my opinion, they're one of the few places that make your food when you order it.. they might be just a little bit greasier but fat is where the flavor is...
We have eaten at several Culver's and always enjoyed our experience but this one is the worst one we have been in.The flavor of the day was not what was posted on the website.We drove past our regular Culver's just to come here for the flavor of the day.They were out of Lemonade and Sweet Tea. There were no cup lids, only one napkin dispenser had napkins and no straws. I decide to get Fruit Punch that tasted very watered down making me think that the soda fountain was not operating properly.Our food was not that great, and kind of cold.We order two sundaes 1 chocolate with peanut butter and the other flavor of the day with hot fudge.We were brought chocolate with peanut butter but the other sundae was plain vanilla ice cream with very little fudge. At this point I'm was so disgusted, that I didn't bother to go up and have them fix it.Thankfully we know what the Culver's experience is supposed to be like. So we will go to other Culver's just not this one.
FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT!!me and my family decided to try them out a couple of times, same location. the first time was decent, we have an order made wrong and missed an item. While the staff was friendly we had to wait about 30 minutes the next visit for custard and i really enjoyed the cheese curds and wanted to come in and order some. But after that long wait in drive through just for 3 custards I changed my mind and haven’t been back since. totally ruing my view on this place.
A wizard of oz nice kind of distraction from depression along with friendly staff; however, all that glitters isn't gold. It takes a long time to receive the order only to realize after the fact that the food is cold and tasteless. The trade off is that the menu is real inexpensive.
