Service was slow but mainly do to high volume of traffic. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because my custard was melted. I think they have to find a way to get those serve as is ready to go out. Sometimes under pressure you think that you are speeding up the service by clearing out some order but all you doing is messing up the customer experience because they just get a soup of custard with toppings. My food was good but couldn't have the custard.
We had a great experience with our first visit to this Culver's at Big Bend. We ordered our fish and chips and we waited in our table a few minutes, when it arrived by a server. Nice touch. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff were amicable. The fish could use a little bit more of seasoning to really take it to another level - 5.
Great and friendly service! Food tasted great, what more could you want? They were slammed on drive thru, but they were still able to get us our food inside within 5 min.
Very good for fast food. I had a burger and onion rings. My husband had a chicken sandwich. Both were very good. The woman who took my order was helpful, friendly and courteous.
For fast food, this is the place to go. Drive thru is huge but many lines of service so you do not have to wait long. The burgers, fires and hsakes are great. I have never had a bad experience and the inside is always very clean.My wife and I do not eat a lot of fast food but when we do...Yummy for the tummy!
Thank you for the 5 star dining experience!I don't often visit fast food restaurants, but the family was craving burgers and ice cream. We visited this location on Friday evening (3/18/22) around 5:30 pm. All of the counter staff quickly greeted us, our cashier was helpful, and our food came out quickly and accurately. None of the workers were standing around - instead they were continuously cleaning the dining room.Thank you to all the workers that evening and the management staff!! I love culvers. Their food is fresh made to order and their employees are so friendly. The inside is always clean including the restrooms.I always look forward to eating in but their extremely efficient in the drive thru as well.
I've been to several Culvers throughout the nation and I'm never disappointed. Freshly made items of a large variety on the menu but known for the butter burger. Everything on the menus delicious and puts many other restaurants in the hall of shame! Well done Culvers!!
I always love Culver's. Got the double with bacon and cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup. I added another dab of ketchup and ruined the picture. Know what wasn't ruined? The cheese curds. OMG!!! These cheese curds!!! I may move to the Midwest just to be closer to them!
Excellent food and service. Love how open and accessible it is. I also love how they bring your food to the table because maneuvering my chair and carrying a tray of food is challenging for sure. I've had to ask to have people carry my food in the past at other places. Some have flat out refused and some have had awful attitudes, but did do it. These people do it for you. So great
