Extremely slow and unmotivated staff and poor customer service!! I Waited over 30 min this evening and there was only 3 people in line and this is not the first time- It happens every time I go there. There needs to be better structure in the store, sense of urgency and better customer service. Sucks because this is the closest one to me but I will not be returning. I rather drive a bit further for a better experience.
We absolutely love coming to this Cold Stone, it’s always full, but worth the wait. The staff is friendly, attentive and fast. The place is clean and welcoming. This is our go to for ice cream, ALWAYS ! ♥️

Don't order on Uber eats I order a huge tub and ask for strawberries gummy bears and graham crackers there was absolutely nothing in here. A waste of $20. It's like they picked up two of each topping. I'm simply not a fan of charging regular prices and given less portions.
