Good food but customer service islacking.I was referred by a neighbor, so I decided to try this spot. I specifically ordered an item minus 2 ingredients (3 times, due to food allergy). After receiving the food and returning home, I discovered the dish was incorrect. My husband called them back and explained the issue. My husband returned to the spot to get a correctly prepared dish. The manager was accomodating to correct the issue, however, the manager came off a bit annoyed with my husband because he returned to exchange for the correctly prepared dish. Overall, the food is good, but we won't be returning, as customer service is HUGE to us.
I've only gone here a few times but it's not that bad overall. The staff is friendly enough and the food is good enough. It doesn't take that long for them to prepare orders. The wait is typically no longer than 15 minutes or so. I've yet to find the right dish, but I've ordered the hot and sour soup for sick colleagues on occasion and they've enjoyed it. Pricewise, I think you get what you pay for. Then again, that depends on the person. I typically go for the Pu Pu Platter when I can't make up my mind and that's usually a good choice. Other than that, I'm also privy to crab rangoons and whatnot. That's really about it. Pretty quick service and friendly enough staff is pretty OK in my book. Of course, the quality of the food is important. The food is good enough as well. Overall, not too bad.
Since the old owners sold this place a year or two ago it has become very disgusting. My food had metal in it and went I called the store and spoke to the owner she was rude and told me come and get my money back without apologizing or being concerned. Please go spend your money somewhere else cause there food is garbage, it doesn't taste the same as it did with the old owners.
Textures and composition of the dishes was appealing. However, most offerings lacked much flavor. There was also an inordinate amount of onions in the fried rice.
Microphone set up to where order taker/cashier could hear more easily. Order was correct and brought to the front by a friendly associate. Got home and the sweet and sour sauce was packed separately. Made for much crisper chicken. Egg rolls were particularly good.
Not your typical oriental food spot. Good selection is really good with very reasonable prices. Portions are above expectations and the food tastes great.
Chinese food is very decent. They are truly punctual. Have visited numerous times so far no complaints.
First and Last time I’ll eat here. No flavor. Hard dry chicken. It is cheap, but I can see why.
It’s inexpensive good clean food. We had double shrimp fried rice ( yellow rice ) with extra vegetables and orange chicken lunch. We both enjoyed our meal for what it was and we will be ordering again .
Just lowered my raiting. Years ago this place used to be decent. Tonight I got a reminder why i stopped going to this place.General tso has a weak sauce. I have tasted better sauce out of a bottle. Chicken was also dense. Heck, even i know how to velvet chicken. The dumplings are good, but their dipping sauce is terrible. At $6.20 an order of dumplings, their dipping sauce should be top notch.China Taste, thanks for the reminder i drive 15 minutes up 301 to china 1. Better food up there, dumplings are not absurdly overpriced, and their dipping sauce is made correctly.
