From me and my family: Thank you for giving me horrible service Burger King!!!As you can see by the vast number of recent 1 Star Reviews, this Burger King is terrible! I go in on Wednesday 06/08/22 around 3pm to get food for me and family. It was me and 3 Children. I had a code for the Spanish Lady at the counter. She then begins to make sure it was for this location. I asked her what's the address here? She had absolutely no clue. Calls me out for Code for her location being correct but had no idea of her own work address! Trust me, she had no clue. She proceeded to look at a receipt later on to give it to me.I then enter in their address and then it's still not sufficient for her. She mentions some codes are for mobile only orders. This whole process takes over 5 minutes with not one food item being ordered. I then ask her: You see me with my family, why are you sweating this so much?She didn't really have a good answer. Translation: I really don't want to help you so I'm creating roadblocks to service you. Most good customer service places would say: No worries, what would you like and I'll take care of this for you. I don't have to deal with poor service no matter with or without coupons. I told my family at the counter, "You know what, were going to go someplace else." That's exactly what me and the family did.We went to the Popeye's almost next door at 10551 Big Bend Rd. I did the exact same thing, pulled up a code on their app. The lady was so very nice and even mentioned the kids must be on summer break. We all ate like King's and Queens. My kids were so very happy. The photo is the bag after we left. The difference may have been about $3-$5 in total. Well worth it. Yes, I will be giving the Popeye's a 5 Star Review. Lovely!!!Thank you, Spanish Lady maybe a Manager, for playing yourself in front of my family. Even the children with me noticed her attitude. The kids learned a valuable lesson. Don't support a Business who doesn't want to help you. The Consumer call the shots. Coupon or no coupon, don't accept piss poor service from anyone. Especially if they don't really want to help you. It actually will turn in your favor. Everyone was so happy. Even my wife who wasn't with me! Popeye's gave plenty where Burger King would have not. This Burger King sucks. So first of all I go in with a code that i used the day before at another one had no problem taking my order this one says its mobile only even though the code i tapped on said redeem in restaurant. Girl had an attitude also. So did the order and while in the restaurant the app instead of pulling up my order where I was at it pulled another Riverview location. Plus the app is super slow. So no food and so i cancelled the one at the other location. Instead of just saying hey we will take care of you they wanted me to drive 15 mins across town. Suckiest customer service. Burger King you are going down the tubes. This one wont be open much longer.

Food is great, kids love the nuggets, we loved the chicken fries.Why the 1 star? Sweet lord, salt, you need to add salt to your fries lol it's not a recommendation, it's a MUST it's literally the most basic ingredients in ALL food while cooking AND after in some, seriously?You guy's aren't healthy, the world knows this and yet your fries are at the bottom of the fast good chain, right next to Wendy's (because they too have not a clue what salt is) then it's Chick-fil-A, Culver's, Sonic, McDonald's, Checker's and at the top it's Popeye's cajun fries.I'm not asking for you guys to be up there with Popeye's but, at least be at McDonald's or Sonic tier lol.

The BK on Big Bend in Riverview has got the worst customer service I have ever experienced and to top it off they are rude. Don't honk your horn to their slow service, they will cancel your order.

Mask wearing zombies work here, make sure to double check your order, they aren't getting enough oxygen to their brains so they frequently make mistakes

Ugh... I am so mad. I will not be going back after this time. They had already mad me mad several times before by not opening when they were supposed to be opening and getting my orders wrong. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for them to open for when they finally opened the doors they tell me they won't be opening for another 2 hours past their opening time... What the hell are y'all doing in there? Then getting my order wrong every single time. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. This place can not get your order right to save their freaking life. I knew I should have checked my order before heading home but I was in a rush because my family was very hungry and didn't think to check. I had ordered two chicken sandwiches, four 10 piece chicken nuggets, a large fries, a large mozzarella sticks and extra sauce for everything. I get home and there is no fries or mozzarella sticks and no napkins this time. I get good help is hard to find now a days but this is ridiculous. I suggest avoiding this place but if you don't then always make sure to check your order in the parking lot before leaving because they did not get it right.

The morning shift manager young woman is extremely professional and keeps things moving along at a steady pace with always quality food. This BK is better than many because they make much of the food from scratch as opposed to just microwaving something that came off a truck. Some complain about the wait, but it's worth it for food that is fresh. Their Italian chicken sandwich is the best I've had. Ask for extra tomato sauce. Buy something extra to help out the homeless people at the corner near the Sam's Club/Wal-Mart grocery store.

This place is slow as molasses in january. And with all the wait you'd figure the fries would be warm but no no not at all ice cold with zero salt they were the worst and the drive through was a 20 minute ordeal do yourself a favor and go to the next one

Their website says they’re open til 1am.. but when I showed up at 1202 was told “sorry for the inconvenience but we’re closed”… mind you car in front of me waited in line presumably to get their order… i understand short staff-ness happens but to me this was 1000% laziness and I’ll gladly skip this location as it is a joke
