Absolutely Horrible counted 10 people in uniform . Three working waited 18 min for overcooked fries cold burgers. This has to be the worst managed Burger King I have ever seen. Take some pride in your job and your business.
I don't know what's up with this location lately, but they have the lobby locked the entire time they're open, so you're forced to go through the drive thru. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes on a whopper. Somethings going on here because the staffs attitude are terrible and it takes forever to get your order and the food is nasty when you finally get it. So if it's not cooked fresh, why is it taking so long to receive it? If you're on your lunch break, don't come here because you will waste your entire break just sitting in line.
I asked for hot fries and they gave me cold fries that had been sitting in the bin. Took the fries out of my bag and gave them to the manager, told him I'll wait on hot fries. Stood there 5 minutes only to have a kid ask me what I was waiting on, I said Hot Fries. She turned, scooped from the same cold fries, and handed them to me.
Definitely the best fast food burger I’ve had in Riverview. I sent a compliment to the manager because the last 2 burgers I’ve had at that location were picture perfect! Taste and presentation were amazing. If I can slow down before eating it next time I’ll add a picture. The 2 McDonald’s locations I’ve been to in Riverview always leave me feeling nauseous and disappointed so Burger King is my forever fast food burger now. Thank you to all the great staff there.
I know the line may be long when you get there and that they may be understaffed. But where else doesn't also have long lines and under staffing? I think they have more workers now but I can excuse the long lines any day.Burger King compared to other fast food places I feel is a little bit better. I don't indulge in fast food very often (rarely infact) but when I do I typically always choose Burger king. I enjoy their prices and deals and not to mention I feel that the quality of food is better. Sure Wendy's is very good too but Wendy's is a little bit out of my way.For those of you who work there and feel the pressure of having long lines and potentially angry customers, just hang in there. They're only hangry haha!! When your day ends, just wash it all off your shoulders. There's always a new day and just think that out of every 10 customers there is one mean one, then just know that is the 10% of the population who is just hateful.For that 10% of hateful customers, just remember when you were once in their shoes starting out in the employment world. Try to imagine how much harder it is now since covid. Enjoy humanity and remember that being kind is free and takes no effort at all.Thanks!
Shame on me that I keep going to this location and expecting that the customer service drive thru will change someday. It is absolutely the worst. When you start placing your order, you cannot finish before being interrupted by "is that it". And once you get your food, good luck if can get them to say thank you. I mean c'mon, if you hate your job or/and hate the customers you deal with than QUIT YOUR JOB! and stop taking it out on me just trying to get something to eat.
Waited almost 45 minutes on drive through...Worst customer service ever. Got my food, they're cold and missing some stuff....Seriously, they need help so bad unless that they will be force to close the store.
Their Exterior lights aren’t on at nights. So at 7pm, it’s looks like their closed.Drove here at 10 pm thinking they’ll be opened. NOPEEven though on google it says at midnight.
First off if the girl at the window wouldn't get off her phone she would have known I didn't even pay I could have just left without paying. On top of that she didn't even give me my drink so I had yo go back for it. And the poor kid who did take my money didn't know how to use the register asked the girl on her phone and she got all annoyed and then did it for him. And the food was terrible. I've had better burger King the kid apologized and said they were busy buuut 3 different employees were just standing around. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location
This place needs a new crew, waited 45 min in drive through. Dinning room was closed, employee in the window almost dropped my food looked under the influence and laughing the entire time. Please save ur time and go somewhere else.
