Just ordered $111 worth of food to get home and find bricks for wings. My dog says the celery and carrots were fantastic. That and the ranch were the best thing of this meal.The wings can’t even be ate they are so hard. I would definitely recommend going anywhere but here. These wings are either from yesterday or have been sitting in a warmer since they opened. Nothing about any of this was fresh. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:40. The order was not ready until 5:15. I was asked probably about 10 times what my name was bc apparently no one could remember what they were doing. And no they were not busy. Very disappointed after spending my hard money.
Ordered pickup and order was to be ready at 8:40 pm. Stood in restaurant for 30 minutes to get order and it came out at 9:10. I asked to see the manager. Counter person went to back and came back and said the manager is busy and can't come out. She said they only have two people in the kitchen. Said that's not my problem I want to speak to the manger. He came out and said they only have a few people in the back and there is nothing he can do. All they had to do was tell me when I got there that the order would be delayed. Not going there any more.
I called in to get an order cuz I usually dream and Courtney answer the phone she was very pleasantly and extremely helpful and friendly and professional on the phone. Courtney made ordering so much easier when ninety-nine percent of the population I order food from . When I arrived Courtney was at the counter and greeted myself and other customers extremely professional she is definitely a plus 2 Buffalo Wild Wings. it was a pleasure doing business with you. Now I remember why I haven’t been back to a Buffalo Wild Wings for 2 years, the wings are miniature size and over fried.2 stars because the salad was good. Funny-u would think with wings in the name they would have the biggest and best wings.Like ever where, short staffed. “Understandable”
This was an interesting visit. No one was at the hostess podium to seat us if we were trying to eat in and no one was at the take out counter to assist. It took me ten minutes of waking people down to get serviced.I'm not sure if I would dine in, the main are is very dark.The lack of concern/customer service in person shows me why my orders have a 50/50 chance of being correct when I order delivery.
Immediately upon walking into the restaurant, the hostess had no personality, no friendliness about her. We could barely even hear her. She had to repeat herself twice and believe me, the second attempt was no better than the first... we just followed. People have bad days and that's ok but you are working in a position where you represent the establishment.. it should be inviting. I doubt that is what the owner would expect his patrons to see. The chairs at the high top table we were seated at needed to be cleaned... I almost sat in ketchup which would have totally made this experience even worse. Thank goodness I was paying attention. The waitress was very similar, very slow to assist and no real personality either. I personally feel that if you are in this type of industry you must possess some customer service skill or at minimum "move with a purpose". I was very disappointed in the service.The food at least was excellent, however... took forever to get to us, but even that was ok because it was good and hot when it arrived to the table. No complaints about the food at all!
Worst experience ever. Nasty place, food was bad and they take forever to cook your food. Plus, it is so expensive. Fries and wings taste nasty and they were old (hard). I won’t come back to this place ever. Please safe your time and money. Macdonald has better food and service which is very disappointing.
The food here is expensive they miss items and sides off your order and the food came old, hard, and cold. We got wings with no sauce, missing condiments, and dry to the bone.Buffalo Wild Wings has been a consistent disappointment for years across different chains and locations! I say this in reference to pre COVID experience so the excuses are invalid.Save your time and money and buy from literally anywhere else.
Sad and very disappointing. I ordered BOGO carry out for my son, boneless wings with Hot and Wild sauce. This is what he got instead. Chicken nuggets with No sauce at all!!??
First let me start off by saying that our server was amazing, he was so nice and caring! We had a gift card that we wanted to use but was informed we couldn’t use it. The manager I’m not sure what his name was he was young, had dreds and looked like he hated life ….He said “can’t do anything about it the system is down” to which I had said if someone had only a gift card to use how would they pay ?” He said “well they would need to figure out a different method”…we didn’t get any discount or even a sorry for an inconvience….never coming back to this place again
