Excellent costumer service. The food was really good and in a reasonable price. The place was really clean and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend it.

The manager saved this from being 2 or 3 to a 4.....I guess they discontinued the sliced chicken or turkey so they didn't have available what 2 people ordered in our party....so I asked if she could chop a breaded chicken to put in wrap instead....the new young lady running the counter was trying but you could she was new....the Manager came up and said yeah we can....fries were fresh and that's impressive lately....rest of the food was good too....

I was told they don't accept Apple Pay but their business description on google and Apple Maps it shows clearly they accept contactless payments. So either train your employees properly or update your information online. This will probably be the only fast food who would claim not to accept contactless payments specially after Covid pandemic

I got the new Waygu burger. I was excited to try it. But I was a little disappointed. It wasn't juicy like I would expect it to be. But the service was really good. Everyone was friendly.

I wanted to try the new wagyu hamburger so I hit the drive through today. Waited about five minutes for the one car in front of me to order. Another ten minutes to get to the window pay and then sit for 20 minutes as they we’re supposedly making my burger “fresh”. Finally gave up and went inside and asked where my hamburger was? They at first acted like they didn’t know what I’m talking about. I then asked for a refund, she said ok but she didn’t do anything. Finally some other girl threw this bag down and front of me. She messed up my burger on purpose because I called her out. Sad thing was the burger had been sitting so long it was no good even after I put it back together. I understand it’s tough to get employees but there was plenty of employees behind the counter and it wasn’t busy. I like Arby’s but I’m not going to the Riverview one anymore because of the crappy service. There are plenty of good Arbys with good employees out there.

One of the best experiences I've had from an Arby's. The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food, for the first time any at fast food joint, looked like the pictures!The restaurant was fully staffed so the food came out quick.

Clean, fresh products some places never change their fryer oil out this location everything was hot and as expected. The staff was even having a nice little laugh about something gotta enjoy the ones you work with all in all great experience highly recommend

Asked for medium roast beef sandwich, got the regular size. Used to be called a medium but is now called a double. Was not clarified by the cashier. Fries were cold. Server was nice, restaurant was clean.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was like rubber. Curly fries & Roast Beef were great. Shamrock Chocolate mint shake was heavenly.
