I normally come here a lot but not after last night 1st off. I ordered a beer and appetizer and the appetizer was out before my beer. Then as she brought me my beer I asked for another one since the 1st one took so long and she said I had to wait like what I got to wait to get another one! But it gets worse as I’m eating my dinner there is roaches crawling up the wall? I can say I won’t be back
Ordered online for pick up at restaurant, process is quick and easy. Price for meals wasnt too bad considering we did get 3 meals. Order was ready within 20 minutes. When I got there the pick up for curbside was not available since it was after 10p.m. so I had to go inside, outside was clean of debris. Inside was clean as well, the pick up area isn't the best area since it is in the way toward restroom but works. The food was delicious and warm. Overall good experience and great food.
I placed an order over the phone for 2 kids meals.My kids don’t eat chicken so we changed it to shrimp and instead of mash potatoes to go with there pasta we got salad.Once completing my order I was given the price of $12.88. When I go to pick up my food my order had then changed to $28 and some change without any knowledge.Instead of the manager addressing the employee for number one wasting my gas and two my time she wanted to revamp my entire order and I’m return I refused to purchase and left.Poor management.Poor staff.Poor communication.Poor decision making.Never ordering from here again.
The place was pretty packed when we arrived. We had a party of 8 with a 45 minute wait. After we got seated and ordered the food, drinks and appetizers came out quickly even though there were some issues with both. Entrees came out and they were wrong and then waited 15 minutes for a burger to come out because they were waiting on "French Fry's". Once the burger came out, the fries were ice cold.
Great place. Service was on point, after 10 specials are a great deal. Won Ton Tacos are the shizzle.... pretzels were hot and fresh. The boneless wings were... well, not bad I guess, but not great. Over all - Good place to go when you need to cap off the night with bar fodder.
Always good food. The brocoli is something you need to tell them to cook a little extra or it comes out not cooked sometimes and not warm. The food over all is very good as are the drinks.The staff is always friendly and smiling.
when first arriving to this restaurant we were not too excited with the front end person, but our server was the outmost best Her name is Tasha, That lady couldn't do enough for us. Best service we have ever had Thank you Tasha
Great service, food came out hot. Only waited a few minutes to be seated . Our server Grace was very kind, and efficient.Be great to have veggie burger on the menu.
On 02/08 there was a Spanish woman who claimed to be a manager not sure if she was or not…. Refused to give me her name, Decided to get loud with me a customer over me asking to speak with her based on what HER employee did. Long story short I allowed her to get loud for about 3 minutes before I GOT LOUD to show her I’m not the one !! If someone higher up is seeing this please review the cameras and you can see from her employee snatching out my hand to her raising her voice and doing too many hand movements for me. Last night could of ended worse so let’s do the adult thing and make sure they both have some accountability for their actions. ?
I ordered pickup and paid for extra tangers… came home to this note on my to go container. When I spoke to the restaurant manager (Jordan) she said she “discounted my total” umm, you can’t discount something if you removed a charge that I was willing to pay for. If I wanted a basic burger I would’ve went to McDonald’s. I hate that Jordan did take any accountability…just offered a credit. No ma’am refund my burger or I’ll have my credit card co dispute the charge. Let’s see in 5-7 days.
