Their tomato Bisque is my favorite. Great little place for lunch. Not a lot of seating but so worth going and getting takeout.

Great food and awesome service! Stopped here on our way in from the airport for the first real meal of our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely be making a return trip if we have time!

This place is a real gem. Their meatball sub is the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The soups are house made from scratch and are amazing. It is a small place that caters to local businesses, workers and others with takeout for lunch. You can eat there with 2 tables inside and a few tables outside. Open 10:00 am to 2:30pm. No breakfast or dinner. The servings are gigantic. I ate half my lunch and was stuffed and ate the rest for dinner.

If you don't know Punta Gorda, this place can be hard to find as it is tucked away on an itty-bitty side street within walking distance from the courthouse.I had a reuben and onion rings. They used the proper cut of corned beef (a must for a good reuben in my opinion), but I think they rinsed the sauerkraut in water and neglected to squeeze all the liquid out of it. This made for a somewhat tasteless, soggy sandwich. The onion rings were super tasty, but they were very, very greasy.I did eat most of it though I did give my hungry pooch a quarter of it.The people there were as friendly as helpful as they could be. A few tables sit outside the restaurant for al fresco dining. Unfortunately there isn't much of a view since it sits in the middle of a small strip mall in the middle of Punta Gorda. Like I implied before though, this restaurant is really set up for business people looking for a quick lunch.

Fries were seasoned but still somehow very bland, even with ketchup. No choice of salad dressing, what they do give is made more of oil than anything else. If I had known that, I would have ordered something different. Overall not anywhere near worth the price. Service was friendly, though. I can't begrudge the folks, only their cooking, which is why they got 2 starts instead of 1.

Best place to get lunch in town, the owners and staff are so nice and the food is so good, the kind of food you take a bite of and you know the person making it out love in while they cooked.

I was there for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful lunch to take home.Everything I ordered was excellent.LooKing forward to my return trip soon for a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.I hope they have Chicken Noodle Soup again, it was magnificent; this time I plan to get two of the largest size of the soup.I also want to try their chicken Marsala.I can’t wait.Joe

We were looking for a shop with good homemade sandwiches and saw the listing for this online. We were not disappointed. Loved the white meat chicken salad wrap sandwich. Chatted with owner who graduated from Culinary Institute. He is turning this place into a gourmet sandwich/lunch shop with homemade everything. Try it, you’ll like. It’s reasonable, immaculate, and the owner is committed to excellence. We had an outstanding lunch fare at a fair price.

Top quality sandwich shop. Fast and friendly service, excellent for a quick and delicious lunch. Chef Tom even makes house cured corned beef! To die for!

Great Philly Cheesesteak and Mac n Cheese. These people are more than friendly. Fairly priced. I will return.
